Conversations With the Lin Clan Patriarch

Time continued to pass, in just a two-week range, Lin Feng had brought Ren Yuu and Zi Ling back to the Eastern Star World.
The cultivators who were made slaves by Ren Yuu were released by him because he felt that they no longer had any use. Naturally he would keep his promise but he did not take them out of the Hell Realm of the Holy Light Galaxy.
“We arrived.” Lin Feng also released qi that was trailing Ren Yuu and Zi Ling. Lin An did the same.
“Old grandfather, you seem to have understood about the Lin Clan, did you also used to live here?” Zi Ling asked with eyes flashing a few times.
Ren Yuu rolled her eyeballs towards Zi Ling. Although Lin Feng never said it, he perfectly understood that Lin Feng was Zi Ling's grandfather even though he didn't know what Lin Feng's true identity was.
“Why little Ling’er want to know about it? This old man did not expect that little Ling’er turned out to want to know about this old man.” Lin Feng said in a seductive tone.
Zi Ling's face darkened hearing him. He only snorted and did not want to continue the conversation anymore because he knew that Lin Feng would continue teasing him if he spoke. It can make him go crazy in an instant.
“Ren Yuu! Let's go, leave this fucking old man!” said Zi Ling in a furious tone then slowly walked towards the Lin Clan.
Ren Yuu did not immediately move and stared towards Tang Chen. “Then, what are you going to do Tang Chen?”
“My brother and I will go around and increase strength. I understand that a great war is about to happen. If the time comes, we will meet again.” Tang Chen replied as he extended his hand. He certainly felt happy to have a friend like Ren Yuu who had spirit beast blood in his body.
“Good, someday we will meet again.” Ren Yuu immediately shook Tang Chen's hand and he immediately went towards the Lin Clan after saying goodbye to Lin Feng and Lin An.
Looking at all the younger generations that were leaving, Lin Feng also smiled slightly.
“It's good to be young. It reminds me of our time of adventure. Then, what are you going to do, brother? Do you want to go to war?” Asked Lin An.
“Maybe we won't be able to spend our old age, brother. All the great powers have moved, the Lin Clan could be in danger. Let's help the boy as much as we can.” replied Lin Feng referring to his son, the current Patriarch of the Lin Clan.
Lin An simply nodded. Although they had retired, there was no harm in their Clan son-in-law if any attacks came. The two of them instantly disappeared away to where the Lin Clan Patriarch was.
Meanwhile, Ren Yuu followed Zi Ling into the Lin Clan. There was no stopping them from entering because of course all the Lin Clan bodyguards were very familiar with Zi Ling the troublemaker from the Lin Clan.
Arriving at the main building of the Lin Clan, Zi Ling directly led the way to the room where her father was.
“Is the old man inside?” Zi Ling asked as she looked at the two bodyguards who were guarding the door of the room.
The two bodyguards who possessed the Tier God Exalt cultivation twitched slightly hearing the mention given by Zi Ling to her own father.
“Young Mona, Patriarch is having guests at the moment. Wait for a few more moments.” said one of the bodyguards in a slightly awkward tone.
“Is the guest more important?” Zi Ling said in a dissatisfied tone that made the two bodyguards feel helpless.
Knowing how Zi Ling behaved, one of them went inside. Inside there, of course there was the Patriarch of the Lin Clan along with the two old men who were none other than Lin Feng and Lin An.
“Let him in.” The Lin Clan Patriarch retaliated.
“Good.” The bodyguard slowly walked out to let Zi Ling in.
“It's like I said son, let him go with Ren Yuu. This will make it stronger faster. It was time for him to travel to the outside world. We will leave, if anything happens, come to my residence.” said Lin Feng and instantly disappeared along with Lin An when Zi Ling and Ren Yuu went inside.
Patriarch of the Lin Clan felt helpless at this moment. He knew sooner or later, Zi Ling would definitely travel to a very far place but did not expect that it would be this fast. Previously, he wanted Zi Ling to reach the Tier God Exalt first in order to let him go wherever he wanted. However, since this was an order from his own father, he had to obey it.
“Which guest was said by the bodyguard? Is this old man a liar?” Zi Ling murmured to herself.
Ren Yuu and the Patriarch of the Lin Clan were certainly able to hear him and were speechless with what Zi Ling said.
“What brings you back Ling’er?” Asked Clan Patriarch Lin staring towards his disputing daughter.
“We want to use a remote teleportation gate that can take us to Blue Amazon Galaxy. I hope you give me the face of the old man.” Zi Ling said with a deathly gaze. If such a gaze could kill someone, perhaps the Lin Clan Patriarch would die a thousand times.
Ren Yuu glanced at Zi Ling and thought back if Ren Yui or Ren Xie'er were like that, it was certain that he would throw her into a ditch filled with animal dung.
Patriarch of the Lin Clan was not angry at his daughter's attitude towards him at all. She was the one who separated her daughter from her own birth mother and it was only natural that Zi Ling was so angry with her. This was also because he had yet to explain what had really happened. He was afraid that his daughter would not accept him because he knew that she loved her mother very much.
“Why do you want to go to Galaxy Amazon Blue?” Asked the Lin Clan Patriarch although he knew that it was Ren Yuu who actually wanted to go there.
“Adventure course.” replied Zi Ling.
“Come out first. I want to talk to Ren Yuu.” said Clan Patriarch Lin indifferently which made Zi Ling upset but she knew that she could not fight if the two previous bodyguards dragged her out.
Zi Ling came out with a dark face and intended to settle the account with her own father sooner. He needed more power now.
“What do you want to talk about?” Ren Yuu asked as Zi Ling had walked out of the room.
“It's about Ling’er. You must have understood that he has special powers in his body, right? I have heard from my father about everything that happened in the Hell Realm of the Holy Light Galaxy and your meeting with the former Demon King Nie Xuan.” Clan Patriarch Lin said.
Ren Yuu was not surprised by his previous speculation that Lin Feng was indeed the father of the Lin Clan Patriarch.
“Yes, I have heard that he has the legendary Nine Beautiful Heavenly Body body. But I have absolutely no idea what exactly the body is.” said Ren Yuu.
“Ya, you're right.” Clan Patriarch Lin slowly turned around and looked out the window then spoke, “My daughter hates me so much because I separated her from her mother. But this was a must as this was related to Celestial Emperor.”
“If Celestial Emperor knew that Ling’er had the Nine Heavenly Beautiful Bodies, then he would be the target of Celestial Emperor. This is why I sealed that power. Otherwise, at his current age, Ling’er might have reached Tier God Exalt Peak at the very least.” Clan Patriarch Lin said.
Hearing that, Ren Yuu widened his eyes once more as he felt that he was underestimating Zi Ling too much. He also raised the corner of his lips because he knew that Zi Ling was indeed the right partner for him to currently travel to the Blue Amazon Galaxy.
