The Injured

The Injured
Solitariness

Looking at Echa's sleeping face made Radit feel even more guilty. Moreover, he must see his wife again haunted by the trauma of her past.

This morning, Radit had an impromptu meeting and he had to leave very early in the morning. Actually he was reluctant to be away with his wife when it was like this. However, he also could not ignore his work. The problems of his children must have been taken care of by his father and brother-in-law.

"Darling, I'm leaving first, yeah." A warm kiss landed on the forehead of the wife who was still wrapped in a blanket. He also left a piece of white paper on the nightstand so that his wife would no longer be suspicious.

When the door closed and Radit was gone, Echa opened her eyes. He grabbed his phone and called someone.

...

"Om, Echa there won't be a plane. Echa's gonna take the bus."

Someone who was behind the phone call also agreed. Echa exhales violently. He immediately got out of bed and went into the bathroom. Her body is now under the shower. He deliberately flush his frail body so that his head is cold.

Echa was about to leave, she looked at the white paper on the nightstand and grabbed it.

"I've got an important meeting, honey. I'm sorry, when you opened your eyes I wasn't there next to you."

A rough gust of breath came out from Echa's mouth. He put the piece of paper back.

"Sorry, for a while I want to be alone first" he murmured.

Echa took her phone and she turned off her phone. He wanted to calm his heart for a moment. The cell phone is an easy problem for Echa. He stayed at the cell phone booth and gave me a new cell phone.

Her footsteps were towards the exit of the hotel and there was already an online taxi waiting for her in front.

"Yes terminal, Mom." Echa just nodded.

"Sir, if there's an hp counter, can you stop first?"

"Can, Mom."

After buying a cheap phone for him, Echa re-entered the online taxi. He immediately contacted his father about his disappearance. However, there was a lie tucked in there.

"Echa wants a short vacation with Radit. Maybe a week, Dad."

...

....

"Dear Match, Daddy."

His lips were able to smile, but his heart was crying out loud. Arriving at the terminal, Echa immediately bought a ticket for Jogja. He wanted to calm down where he used to go from Singapore and land in Jogja. Now, it's repeated again.

Echa chose by road because she knew Radit would definitely go straight for her. If, using the plane in a matter of hours can arrive. Unlike the bus, it takes half a day to arrive in Jogja City.

.

During his time in the meeting room, Radit's heart seemed not calm. He was at the meeting place, but his soul

still thinking about his wife. Not usually, the meeting this time is very long until lunch.

Radit immediately left the meeting place and chose to return to the hotel. He also missed breakfast and lunch. Arriving at the hotel, he rushed to the hotel room he was staying in.

"Dear."

Radit called his wife when the room was quiet. He saw the bed was tidy. Radit's headed for the bathroom. No sound of water. However, Radit immediately knocked on the door.

The first knock had no answer, Radit was still thinking positively. The second knock still had no answer as well, he began to be afraid. The third knock was still silent. Finally, he ventured to press the door handle.

How shocked Radit was when there was nobody in the bathroom. Radit immediately searched his wife's bag. Apparently, there's none too. The panic began to be felt. He immediately dialed his wife's number, but Echa's number was off.

"Honey, where are you going?" muttered.

.

On the bus, Echa sat alone. His face was covered with a mask. He could only lean his body on the passenger seat seat with his eyes closed.

"Let me be in solitude because I can't easily forget everything."
