Chapter 7: The Story of Lusi

In the next moment, all the zombies turned their heads towards Elvino and Lusi who were standing bent over in front of the door of the emergency staircase.

A ghastly face with flaking skin, bloody red eyes, and clearly exposed flesh, was shown to the two of them while letting out with a shrill howl.

There were more than 20 zombies walking and crawling towards them simultaneously.

Seeing this, Elvino ordered Lusi to immediately run to the reception desk which was still standing intact and hide behind it.

Not knowing she was used to running away from zombies or not, Lusi received Elvino's messenger and rushed to run to the hotel reception desk.

Elvino did not stay silent, he ran to secure Susi who went to the reception desk from the zombies.

"Eits, you're forbidden to come near."

The sword in Elvino's hand slashed at the zombie that was walking close to Luci, cutting the body of the diagonal zombie completely cut off.

Elvino continuously attacked the zombies that were in the hotel lobby with his Long Magic Sword nonstop.

With the spacious room, he became more free in swinging and throwing numerous attacks of magic energy.

Elvino's fight against dozens of zombies was intense and one-sided.

Some of the objects were also destroyed by the blue energy released from the Elvino sword blade, even the marble floor on the floor was slightly torn apart.

Susi who is hiding behind the reception desk witnessed Elvino's extraordinary appearance.

This man he met was extremely strong, dozens of zombies were not his opponents.

"You safe?" elvino asked while examining Susi's body through the eyes.

Luci held back his embarrassment and nodded in response.

Elvino smiled in relief, then he climbed onto the slightly fragile reception desk and sat on it. "good. We stay here first to rest."

Seeing this, Lusi was silent and then sat down on the reception desk which was a little dirty.

"Can you tell me where you're from?"

Luci was still covering his torn clothes on his chest, he looked at Elvino timidly.

"I'm from Bandung. Actually, I was a Selebgrem who was going to Jakarta for an event. All of a sudden in the hotel there's an event that turns humans into zombies."

"Selebgrem?" asked Elvino who was surprised by Lusi's statement.

With a cruel nod of his head, Luci confirmed his identity. He became embarrassed and looked back down, answering without seeing Elvino next to him, "Right, I have millions of followers on Instagrem's account. You don't know me?"

"No, I forgot."

Elvino had no idea there was an Indonesian celeb named Luciana.

Supposedly, this world was no different from the Earth where Elvino had lived before once he heard that this place was Jakarta.

From this reception desk, Elvino could see the large highway outside this hotel and it reflected a large city. And Elvino feels familiar with the scenery out there because he is a Jakarta person who most of the Jakarta City area he has visited.

Lusi glanced at Elvino for a moment and again lowered his gaze. "It's only natural that you don't know, these zombies have been around since three years ago, and I'm not as pretty as I used to be. Look, I'm thinner than I was before."

Elvino's eyes were rounded when Susi said the event of destruction and the arrival of zombies had been from 3 years ago.

"That's, I've been switching rooms at this hotel for three years. Looking for food to eat. Fortunately, I found some foods that had a decent period of consumption so long from several rooms. In the past, the zombies in this hotel were not so much. However, the zombies here have the ability to evolve to become stronger so that in the following year many countries collapsed.

The military of the countries in the world are not able to withstand the attack of zombies until finally they never appear again.

At the beginning of 2022 there is still electricity, but in January 2023 there is no more.

"I want to ask you again, do you want to come with me or stay at this hotel?"

Hearing all the explanations from Lusi, Elvino catches that Susi is comfortable and used to this hotel. So, he asked to confirm Lusi's choice.

The system that heard everything the two of them were talking about could only be patient and smile.

The host he had chosen turned out to be even more stupid that he had expected.

Lusi looked to the side looking at Elvino with a stern face. "I'm tired of being alone, I want to go with you."

"alright. You can come with me, but there's a condition."

"Condition?" Lusi's skin changed and he had a bad feeling.

Elvino nodded and smiled strangely. Deep in his heart Elvino felt very excited because soon he would break an egg.

He looked at Lusi's face with a gentle look in his eyes, smiled widely and slowly said, "Yes, there is a condition. The condition is to be my woman."

After saying that, suddenly the herd of Walker Zombie entered the main door of the hotel and shouted at the two of them.

Seeing this, Elvino became angry like a child plagued by his pleasure. These zombies came at a very inopportune time.

Descending from the Receptionist's table, Elvino hurriedly dashed towards the zombie horde in front of him with a sword in his hand.
