First Training
Upon seeing Tian Lei nod his head, Emperor Tiandi then began to raise his hand and flick his hand.
In just an instant, Tian Lei and Emperor Tiandi had moved to another place. It's a dark room with a pool of strange liquids.
Emperor Tiandi then stood up then walked towards the pond and Tian Lei followed him from behind.
Inside the pond, Tian Lei could see a mysterious liquid with golden and purple colors balancing each other.

He then leaped doubtfully into the middle of the pond and created a small wave as he had entered into the Great Jade Essence liquid.
When Tian Lei had entered the middle of the Great Jade Essence, Tian Lei began to sit cross-legged by floating above the surface of the Great Jade Essence.
He began to breathe specially to begin cultivating and the Great Jade Essence began to enter into the pores of his body.
The Great Jade Essence then turned into threads with thousands of strands piercing the pores of Tian Lei's skin fiercely like needles piercing a foam.
An overwhelming pain was instantly felt by Tian Lei when his entire pores had spewed out fresh blood and it instantly turned his facial expression pale.
Tian Lei then with his hardened jaw started to slightly open his mouth and quickly took a breath to endure the intense pain on his body.
Seeing this, Emperor Tiandi seemed to notice this process with an expression that showed no concern on his face.
In his current mind, if Tian Lei was not even able to endure the pain of uniting with the Great Jade Essence, then Tian Lei would have certainly not been able to endure the pain of the last training.
"In the early days, you would feel tremendous pain. Skin, flesh, blood, organs, bones. All of that will be rebuilt with the Great Jade Essence and create a new, very powerful body. If you succeed, it is likely that your physical strength will even be on par with a peak expert of a Great Sovereign.
