Two weeks had already passed since the great battle that resulted in the snow moon palace crumbling to the ground.
Sky knife swordsman Shi Tian decided to return to the Shi Clan a week ago after his injuries had recovered.However before he left he had time to meet Xue Xian Hou and ask permission to bring Luo Yan back to The Shi Clan because he had learned that the Luo Clan did not treat his grandson well and also he wanted to train Luo Yan specifically to be made his successor after seeing his talent. Xue Xian Hou agreed to Shi Tian's request on the condition that Luo Yan once a year should come to the Snow Moon Sect because he was still part of the sect.
General Lian Zhou and Captain Zong Feng brought the cavalry back to the imperial city five days ago to pick up the teachers and disciples from the snow moon sect who had taken refuge in the imperial city.
While Heilong remained in the Snow Jade Sacred Palace along with captain Feng Yan and the lion riding troops to guard Xue Xian Hou at the request of General Lian Zhou until he returned here with the lords teachers and disciples of the Snow Moon Sect who had taken refuge in the Imperial City.
General Lian Zhou felt uncomfortable leaving Xue Xian Hou alone, he was afraid that the demon plotters would come back for revenge. Of course he had Heilong stay here after seeing his prowess capable of killing Frankover with a single strike and successfully killing Nash, though he fails to kill Last because suddenly an unknown person comes to his aid and helps him escape.
The Snow Jade Sacred Palace was different from the Snow Moon Place which had five separate palaces. Snow Jade Sacred Palace is a palace with four floors that are very large, the breadth is the same as the entire Snow Moon Palace building.
For now, the first and second floors were used for the purposes of imperial soldiers and Heilong who helped guard this palace until the teachers and disciples who were being displaced in the imperial city returned to the sect.
The first floor was used as the residence of the soldiers of the lion riding army, Captain Feng Yan and Heilong. This first floor would later be used as the outer hall and inner hall of the sect.
The second floor was used as a common kitchen for the soldiers, in the future this floor will be used as a training ground for sect members and also a public kitchen because in this place there are a hundred special rooms for cultivation and three very large fields can be used to train a match and a kitchen that is quite spacious.
The third floor will be used as a residence for the members of the sect and a storage warehouse for food and medicine because on this floor there are six hundred rooms and an empty room that is very large.
The fourth floor was divided into four rooms namely the Sect Master's Residence, Sect Library, Weapon Storage and Medicine Room.
These few days, Xue Xian Hou had always spent his time alone in his private room cultivating. He felt that his current strength was still lacking to take revenge on the Demon Clan that had destroyed his Sect. Therefore, he had to train very hard. Everything Minmei did was still etched clearly into his memory, this made his grudge become even deeper on the Demon Clan.
While Heilong spent much of his time on the second floor, he helped some of the royal chefs who participated in the entourage of imperial soldiers to cook on the second floor.
“Long Bai, Do you have a new menu for today?” tanya Hua Tuo who was the vice head chef in the Green Tortoise Kingdom.
The first time Heilong offered to help prepare food, Hua Tuo had doubted Heilong's cooking ability because he had never heard of a swordsman being able to cook. “Gado-gado and rujak?! Is that the name of the food?” said Hua Tuo and the other chefs were surprised because they had never heard the name of this food even though they had all traveled around several Continents on the planet Dreamland to participate in cooking competitions.
“Of course this is the name of the food. I'll make a sauce for the rye and the hodgepodge, you're all just cut up some vegetables and fruits over there. Then prepare also some boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, tofu and fried tempeh and lontong for rice substitutes,” said Heilong as his hand pointed to several vegetable and fruit baskets.
“Good! we will prepare soon,” replied the compact chef at the same time happy. Because, they will get new experiences about food that does not exist on this Planet.
After cooking for approximately one hour, three hundred servings of gado-gado and rujak have been successfully prepared.
“I will deliver this food to the fourth floor, you all eat first. Don't wait for me. Because, I might be a little longer there,” said Heilong who was ready to bring a tray of food with two servings of food on it.
After he finished cooking, Heilong always delivered food to Xue Xian Hou's place first, only after that he went back down to the second floor and ate with the soldiers. He had always placed the food in front of his bedroom door, but these few days Xue Xian Hou had not touched the food at all.
“Until when will this woman continue to meditate?” muttered Heilong softly while staring at the door of Xue Xian Hou's room that was still tightly closed.
Without further ado, Heilong immediately picked up the food he had put down yesterday and replaced it with a new one. After which, he turned back down to the second floor to eat with the soldiers and Captain Feng Yan.

Suddenly the door of Xue Xian Hou's room opened as Heilong turned around and was about to step down onto the second floor.
Heilong's steps came to a halt and he immediately turned around to see what was really going on. As he turned his body, he was stunned when he saw that Xue Xian Hou was already standing at the door of his room wearing a beautiful white outfit.
“What do you see? Come in and eat! The food was too much if I had to spend it alone. Besides, there are some important things that I should talk to you about,” Xue Xian Hou said.

Start Vol 2 to make it easier for you to know whose soul appears in Long Bai's body, so I decided to slightly change the way of mention. If the one that appears is Heilong then I will call it Heilong and vice versa. But, their interlocutors would still mention Long Bai except for a few people who knew about the identity of the two of them. Actually I've started to change their mention in the last few chapters on Vol 1.
