Arriving at the kitchen, Heilong only saw Lu Zhan as it was late at night and the restaurant was closed as well. The other workers also returned to their homes to rest.
"Teacher, is there a teacher in the kitchen this late at night? Does the teacher want to make something for dinner?” asked Lu Zhan who immediately approached Heilong when he saw him coming.

Lu Zhan immediately picked up the paper and stationery and sat down on a bench in the corner of the kitchen. There he could freely watch Heilong who was cooking.

While waiting for the soup to boil, Heilong took two white tofu pieces and cut them into small boxes and boiled them until cooked.
After the soup was boiling Heilong then added Salt, Sugar, Leek and stew of white tofu earlier.
Heilong then took the soup and put it in two bowls and sowed it with fried Onion on top.
Lu Zhan who had since sat down while observing Heilong cooking finally walked over.
“Teacher, what is the name of this soup? Why is the sauce black,” asked Lu Zhan who was a bit surprised when he saw the black sauce in the bowl.
“This is called black and white soup. Outside you can see black soup but when you take the contents you will get a very good white tofu because it has been mixed with this savory black sauce,” replied Heilong while taking the white tofu that was inside the soup using a spoon.
“You can also try it if you want. I just happened to cook this soup with a few portions. Don't forget to give one bowl also to uncle Yang Zhu,” orders Heilong.
“Each teacher,” replied Lu Zhan.
Heilong immediately brought the food to Yang Tzuyu's place.
After seeing Heilong leave the kitchen, Lu Zhan immediately picked up some white tofu and cut it into small boxes like Heilong had done earlier.
He then took out three bowls one for master Yang Zhu while for the other two he planned to eat with Li Mei.

He was on the roof, Yang Tzuyu only saw the beautiful night sky while waiting for Heilong's arrival.
“Stop teasing me by calling me Princess because it's just an ordinary girl. The smell of cooking is very fragrant, what kind of food do you cook?” asked Yang Tzuyu who already looked impatient to immediately taste this food.
“This is called black and white soup. Let's eat together.”
Heilong immediately gave the soup to Yang Tzuyu.
Yang Tzuyu pun segera mengambil sendok dan mencicipi sup itu. “Hemmm, sup ini sangat enak dan gurih. Bai gege memang koki yang hebat.”
They both ate the soup until it ran out and then sat back to relax enjoying the beautiful night sky.
“Tzuyu what now you can tell the secret about that ice kirin?” ask Heilong.
Yang Tzuyu stood up and walked on the side of the roof where she could see the entire city clearly and began to explain about the weakness of the ice kirin.
