#111. Makes people feel disappointed
Mia and Loren have left the design space as the two women will attend a company meeting to discuss the first launch of their company's fashion collection.
All the teams left in the design room looked at the backs of the 2 women who walked away from them.
"Why do I think something bad is going to happen? Loren was always kind, he never wanted to hurt anyone," said Mentari who was worried that Mia would trouble Mentari in the meeting room.
"Ahh, what are you talking about?! Obviously, at this time Mia is fighting for her rights, how can her work be rejected while the design looks good really," said Rika while staring cynically at Mentari who always supports Loren.
"Not so, you can certainly see for yourself the design is not in accordance with the requested theme." Mentari now lowered his head and picked up a pencil to scribble on his plain paper.

While the members of the design team waited with heart pounding about whose design to choose then in the meeting room Mia and Loren were already sitting on the chair that had been provided.
Andreas led the meeting himself because this was the first launch of their brand collection so he had to watch over it seriously.
"A few days ago we decided on the theme, and now we're giving the design team a chance to present the design." Andreas Said.
Loren immediately stood up and shared all the designs he had collected from his team.
After that he explained some designs that he thought looked good, occasionally he looked towards Mia who continued to focus on the documents in her hands.
"Last," Loren held back his words as he opened the final leaf on which Mia's design was placed.
Actually he was also confused to explain how because the concept that had been agreed by the whole team was very contrary to the concept made by Mia.
"This is a breakthrough. We can slip it among other designs as a refresher. Using synthetic materials colored bla bla bla...." Loren explained carefully before closing his percentage and returning to sit in his chair.
"There are 30 designs, and we will choose only 10 designs. Please enter your opinion," said Andreas guided the meeting.
"I think this is the best."

Everyone has separated their chosen design and finally after matching everything was chosen 10 designs with the most choice which was then submitted to Elman.
Elman walked up to the projector and showed the 10 designs on the screen.
As soon as Mia saw it, her face immediately darkened to see that none of her designs had been chosen!
"Well, these 10 designs, does anyone mind?" Andreas asked as he looked at the design he had in his hand.
"Nothing, those 10 designs are already the best of all." Everyone agreed with that answer except for Mia who was now trembling in her place.
Unfinished Mia calmed herself down who was feeling extremely embarrassed at loren, suddenly Andreas opened her mouth.
"The head of the design team," said the man making Loren immediately turn towards Andreas.
"Yes, sir" replied Loren.
"Do you know your mistake today?!" Andreas asked, surprising everyone.
What mistake did Loren make?!
The designs were perfectly crafted, they were all very satisfied with the designs offered by the design team So where was it wrong?
At a glance everyone looked towards Loren.
"Other times I don't want to look again at an unfit design like this down in front of me! As team leader you should be able to choose first which ones are worth taking to this meeting and which ones are not worth it! Do you think we still have time to judge one by one the designs that are worth seeing and not worth seeing?!" Andreas said firmly.
He already had orders from Christian that he should train Loren to be a strong leader so a small mistake like this should he use to teach the woman.
"Okay, next time I won't do it again." Loren replied while clenching tightly his hands that were already filled with sweat.
He just wanted to show Mia that no one had chosen the design, but it turned out that Andreas was actually snapping her like this in front of everyone.
This is embarrassing, and scary!!
"This meeting is here, the production team leader will meet me in 1 hour." Andreas said then the man left the meeting room.
After Andreas came out of the room, some people stared concernedly at Loren.
"Miss Loren, we weren't commenting on some of the designs that look out of the theme, but we didn't expect Mr. Andreas to bring it up. Miss Loren must be more patient."
"As a team leader you should also better control your team members. Don't let the team members who set the team leader." Some people gave Loren advice making Loren nod a smile and say thank you.
After everyone came out, now only Loren and Mia remained in the room that was still in their respective places.
"Don't be sad, there's still plenty of time to show your talent." Loren said he took the files and the woman came out of the room leaving Mia alone.
As soon as he arrived at the design room, Loren immediately sat in his place and all the members of the design team looked towards him.
Loren doesn't like to be seen by everyone but he recalls How Christian reminded him to always be confident.
"These 10 designs were chosen." Said Loren handing over the 10 designs he had chosen.
"Geez, one of my designs was chosen!!" The mentari cheered with excitement and then followed the others.
Everyone contributed 1 design while the other 5 designs were Loren's.
"Why doesn't it belong to Mia?" Siren suddenly said as he looked at everything.
"Yes, why is it that only Mia's designs aren't here?" Rika flipped through the 10 pieces of paper and found none of them belonged to Mia.
"Miss Loren, where's Mia?" Ask Mentari.
"She still lives in the meeting room, It seems she needs some time to calm down." Replied Loren who also felt bad for Mia, but he had to do this so that the woman could understand.
'I hope this doesn't make him feel disappointed. I also feel depressed, but, this is much better.' Loren thought.
His idea today to bring Mia to the meeting room was an idea he got from Christian. He had consulted a lot on the man but it turns out when running his he instead felt guilty on Mia.
'I'd better tell Christian this. She might be able to help me think of how to comfort Mia.' Loren picked up his phone and typed a short message on Christian.
Although he had followed the direction of the man, but now he felt guilty towards Mia instead.
He was very uncomfortable with this kind of feeling, a feeling like it had already caused one to experience disappointment.
