S2. 12. Being offered as a model
After waiting for about 30 minutes, Marina finally finished in the make over.
Marina looked at Hera, "How long will it be my turn?" Ask the girl.
"There's still 40 minutes." Answer Hera.
"Yes, let's talk about the dress I'm going to wear at our agency's birthday party." Said Marina immediately sitting in front of Loren.
"Ah, yes, what concept does Miss Marina want?" Loren asked while taking out his ipad.
Marina smiled then excitedly said, "Yes, I want a very fancy dress and-"
"Marina," Hera interjected, "The manager has said that the dress you are going to wear need not be too fancy. You're still a newcomer, so--"
"Shut up! You're just here to be my assistant following whatever orders I give you. So don't talk too much!!" Jerky Marina.
"I know I'm just an assistant, but I'm just running on the assignment given by the manager. Because later if something goes wrong, then I'll be responsible." Hera.
"Ck!! It just ruins my mood. Then, you're the only one talking to him!!" Marina said to Hera then the woman stood up leaving the dressing room with an upset heart.
Hera stood in her place, she wanted to chase after Marina, but it was not nice to leave Loren alone.
The woman looked at Loren, "Anu, that's..."
"Go away," said Loren who understood that the two people needed to speak in private.
"Thank you" said Hera, bowing to Loren and silently chasing after Marina.
Loren put down his ipad then sighed, "Well, why is everyone in the entertainment industry so hard to deal with?" Loren was confused.
The woman was sitting for about 10 minutes when her phone suddenly rang.
Zaidan....
"Hello Miss Loren, I'm sorry to interrupt. I just want to ask, is Miss Loren together with Sister Chataline?" Zaidan asked where the man's voice sounded hurriedly.
"Ah, I met him when I met my client at a CB group company, but after that, we split up and haven't met him yet." Answer Loren.
"So yeah, did he tell you he was going to meet someone?" Ask Zaidan.
"Ah, yes, she said she wanted to have lunch with her uncle who works at the CB group." Answer Loren.
"That's it, thank you, Brother Loren," said Zaidan and they ended the call.
Loren sighed looking at her watch, the woman then took her bag and walked out of the room looking at the commotion that was in front of the dressing room.
"How is this?!! We are short of a model!! While time is running out, we can't wait anymore, let alone have to find a replacement model!!" Say one of the 5 people standing together.
Since the five people were blocking the exit, then Loren could only sigh and then stand leaning against the wall while waiting for the 5 people to finish discussing.
"But we must not lack a model, this will be against the contract. We have agreed with the concept. We can be fined!!" Say someone else.
They all seemed to be in anxiety so Loren felt uneasy to ask them to step out of the way.
Loren finally chose to play his phone while waiting for the people to finish discussing.
But he was surprised when suddenly the 5 people came up to him and stood in front of him while observing Loren from toe to toe.
"A, what do you want?" Loren asked nervously surrounded by 4 men and 1 woman who saw him.
Suddenly the woman among the 4 men asked, saying, "You, will you be the model for our show?"
"Eh?!" Loren was surprised.
