Rafika came out of the toilet with a flushed face. Of course it made Kiranti worried. She was afraid Rafika was sick from eating spicy meatballs with her.
"Fika, are you okay?" ask Kiranti in panic.
"What a Kiran. My stomach hurt a lot, but now it's gone. Come on, it's late again!"
"Here I bring the eucalyptus" Kiranti pointed to Rafika.
"Thank you!" Rafika immediately took the eucalyptus oil given by Kiranti. Then he slapped it directly on his stomach. There's no way he's telling Kiranti that she's not really sick but hurt.
"Fika, if you've been told to face the boss." Kiranti spoke while walking to her room.
"Well?"
"I don't know. Mr. Calvin said, you told the boss's office."
"Say, I'm still sick. Can't concentrate. You just take me to the clinic!"
"Have they gone?" Kiranti looked at her best friend's wonder.
"Now sick again" said Rafika.
Inevitably, Kiranti followed what her best friend had said. But when they reached the lobby, they passed Darwin who had just come after lunch.
"Where are you going?" ask Darwin.
The dug dug dug dug
Rafika's heart beat faster than usual. He is not good at lying, because every time he lies, his interlocutors must know he is acting. Rafika prefers to avoid.
"Fika's sick, Mas. I'm taking him to the clinic. We'll excuse you, ma'am." Kiranti immediately answered Darwin's question to represent his best friend.
"Yes, Mas. I'll take a break!" said Rafika with a face melas.
"Yes, if you want to rest, it's okay. If it's bad, say yes! Let me take you to the hospital." Darwin held back the laughter in his heart seeing Rafika who was seen slashing.
Oh, my God was badly done again, inner Rafika.
"Yes, just calm down! Then we'll excuse you, ma'am." Kiranti immediately said goodbye and took Rafika to the Clinic which was in a separate building with the building where she worked.
While Darwin only saw the departure of the two girls. She always remembered her sister whenever she saw Rafika with her silliness.
"Fika Fika, you and Daisy eleven twelve," murmured Darwin as he passed away to Erlangga's room. He was called to meet his boss after lunch.
Arriving at Erlangga's room, it appears there Erlangga is sitting in his big chair, while Caithlyn sits on the sofa surfing in cyberspace, calvin was busy stacking the files he was sorting out before being given to Erlangga for inspection
"The Boss, it hasn't been here in a long time. I think you forgot about this company" Darwin said, sitting his ass on the couch.
"Where might I forget. I just didn't get to come here. Where's your dirty boy?" ask Erlangga.
"Who do you mean?'
"Raphica."
"Oh, he's sick. I met him when he went to the clinic."
"What pain?" Erlangga stared fixedly at his best friend.
"You want to give him a gift, because he can reach the sales target. He's new here."
"No loss in recruiting him. You used to object when he was accepted here. Though the HRD has a sharp vision when assessing people who are competent or not" said Calvin who had been silent.
"You mean, Rafika's a tacky girl who came to the Eastern last month?"
"Yes!" sahut Calvin's.
"Isn't he okay. We just passed each other in the lobby when we got here. Brother Eagle, it looks like your employees are fooling you." Caithlyn just provoked Erlangga.
It was successful in making a strong man with a firm jaw, immediately stand up from his seat and leave. He did not care about the astonished gazes of his best friend and fiancee. He also did not care about the astonished gazes of his employees when he saw the man walking so hastily. Until he arrived at the clinic, he immediately asked the doctor who was on guard.
"There's a patient named Rafika?" ask Erlangga.
"There, Sir. He's in that room!" appoint the doctor by using his right thumb as politeness.
Without speaking again, Erlangga headed straight to the room appointed by the doctor earlier. However, when he got there, his jaw immediately hardened when he saw Rafika was on a video call with a man. Moreover, the girl while laughing giggled like something was funny. He walked slowly towards Rafika who was sleeping behind him. With a single move, he immediately grabbed the girl's mobile phone.
"Is this how sick people rest? Didn't you say you were sick, but why did I see him fresh?" erlangga asked by raising his hand which was holding Rafika's phone.
Then what should I do? So that my heart aches when I see you with another girl is treated. Maybe I should learn to open my heart to another man, inner Rafika.
"Sir Boss, turn dong! It's my only treasure" asked Rafika by trying to reach for her phone.
"I'll go back when working hours are over. You get back to work!"
"Sir Boss is so bad! I have stomach pain again. Previously given the same medicine Mr. Doctor handsome will now be a bit quiet," said Rafika melas.
"What did you say? I don't want my company employees to use her pain as an excuse for her lazing around. You go back to your work place and rest there," asked Erlangga.
"Okay, Boss! But turn my phone. Later if there is a customer who calls how?"
"Take it after work in my room. About the customer it's my business."
You are Boss Sedeng! He could have taken my phone. Any idea where I'm from? Could it be that Darwin said the same to him? gerutu Rafika in heart.
"Rafika, don't nag in the heart. No company allows its employees to laze around. Now hurry back to your place of work!"
Hearing what Erlangga said, Rafika immediately walked closer to Erlangga. The closer, the closer, made Erlangga feel astonished. He walked back slowly as Rafika got closer to him.
"Oh, huh? Is that true, Boss? I'm not actually lazy boss. It's just, my stomach is not good. Does Boss want to know, which part of my body hurts? Boss can hold it to make sure I don't lie." Rafika immediately reached out her hand like she was going to take Erlangga's hand.
While Erlangga seemed to gasp with the attitude of the girl. He was busy neutralizing his rhythmic irregular heartbeat. Until finally he regained consciousness when Rafika's phone was taken by the owner.
"Boss, the sound of his heartbeat until it sounded. Is there toa in the Boss' heart?" rafika asked as she ran away leaving Erlangga who was still in his place.
I don't usually have my heart beating like this. There's no way I'm starting to like that slovenly girl.
