The night wind was blowing quite slowly. Exactly at two o'clock in the evening after the beach was quite quiet, Naspati and Raven came out from the shore. They swim to a remote cave and change their form as humans there.
"Finally there!" Raven exhaled her breath of relief. But Naspati suddenly hugged as if to tear down the happiness of a new mermaid that first touched the land.
"Don't be happy! After this you still have to learn about human life, especially about language and culture!"
"Yes, hmmm. That's an easy matter! Didn't I eat the magic leaf you gave me?" raven replied annoyed, he was just about to pet the mainland, but Naspati had messed up his happiness just like that.
"Yes, but you—"
"Arghhh, shit!" yelled Naspati suddenly.
He growled as the clothes attached to his body slowly disappeared. What was even more unlucky, he could now clearly see the Raven national sword brandishing right in front of him.
"What's wrong?" raven asked still unaware that her magic was slowly fading away.
"Hurry back!"
"Why?" Raven looked at the Naspati wonder. His face was touched by the moment he saw Naspati naked without clothing a strand in front of him.
"Damn!" Raven instantly clenched her teeth. He turned back, as did Naspati who did the same.
"Why is it like this?" asked Raven confused as well as angry. His feelings are now mixed because his innocent eyes are stained by Naspati's greater chastity than his.
"If it's on land our magic will indeed fade slowly, so the clothes we wear will also automatically disappear."
"Well, why is that? But at that time I could stand by the beach without losing my shirt at all" argued Raven still not understand as well.
"That's because the beach is still close to the sea area. While we've swam to the river area quite far."
"Is that really so?" Now Raven scratched her head in confusion.
"Can't you?" Raven's eyebrows swooped. His forehead formed three straight wrinkles.
"Because a mermaid can only be a half-fish man in seawater."
"So if I swim in fresh water, I'll be a whole human being?" tanya Raven looks proud.
"Yes, but you still can't live forever in fresh water. If you don't get on land or return to the waters of the sea, you'll die by yourself!"
"Heh, are you really?" The man glared. His face clearly showed an aura of shock.
"The king said so! Mermaids can only survive in sea water and on land! Fresh water is not our habitat."
"Ah, so? So if land can still enter as a group of our habitat?" ask the man again.
"It can, but like I said, humans don't like differences! You can be made a pet if you blend in with a human. That's why no mermaid wants to live on land even though they can live in two places!"
"Hmmm, so!" Raven nodded in understanding.
Now he's back on the main problem. That's how he got a shirt to cover his naked body.
"You just wait here! I'll get you a shirt."
"Where?" ask Raven a little worried. Because he does not know exactly what the land area is like.
"My house! Actually my house is not far from this cave. If I'm assigned to go up to the mainland to monitor the situation, I always stay there."
"All right, but don't take it long. I'm afraid to be in this place alone!"
His gaze circled upwards, looking as though bats were wandering a great deal on it, and this was the first time Raven had thought fish could fly.
