After the two children followed him, he finally came out of the horrible place through the back door.

The smallest boy bit his lower lip and stared straight at the ground, "we are useless now, but later" the eldest son spoke, An had cut off his words.

"noisy, I said I didn't need ya don't need. After all, do you want to volunteer under me just because I pay for your body?"

"yes!" say the two children are firm with their stance.

"basics are stubborn, even though I paid them because I wanted to let go. There's no point in using them now." An muttered as he stared at the dark sky without the moon.

"alright, if you insist I will grant, but you must qualify if you want to work for me." exclaimed An and responded to a quick nod from the two children.

"first, take the money and go to a place where you can find shelter, lest you be caught by the old man again. Second, train your physique and soul, I want you to master martial arts and chi when we meet again. And lastly, the time limit is one month."

They nodded happily because An had unofficially considered them as his servants, or rather knights?

An moved from his place and brought his face closer to the two children, "need you bottom line, for now I just want to buy your 'determination. If in the next month I don't see that determination, then get out of my sight."

Their feathers immediately stood up, after hearing the icy cold words they seemed to know that life in the future would not be as easy as stealing from a layman. Even so, the guts of the two children grew bigger and blazing.

"well sir!" exclaim the boy in unison.

An nodded and walked away leaving the two children who were still staring at his back in silence.

"haa fuck. Instead of getting something I spent my money buying two kids I'd only met once." An grumbled along the way to the fountain.

"but, what would Grandpa react if he knew there was a smuggler in his place?" An even laughed a little when thinking about something that he thought was unexpected.

"it's lucky I went there, so I could see a new species again kan~"

"... A demon is different from a monster that only uses muscles.." An halted his steps when he was right in front of the fountain that separates the night market, with the market where people celebrate the festival.
