The other name of the Manual is Sutra and the Holy Scriptures, this is the thing that Archon taught him, just giving him a book that was thick was terrible!

Spiritual Root – is also called the Root of Life. figuratively, it is also the foundation of one's body and soul.

Dantian – is literally translated as “Link Qi” or “Elicksir”.

Meridian – tissues/channels in the body through which the flow of Qi passes. This tissue is like a blood vessel, but for Qi, not blood.

Eight Extraordinary Meridian – acts as a reservoir or pathway for Qi circulation. The Eight Extraordinary Meridians.

Twelve Principal Meridians (Twelve Prime Meridians) – meridians related to internal organs.

Acupuncture point – is an acupuncture point, associated with a pressure point. In the body there are several hundred acupoints and most of them are located along the meridians.

Qi Circulation – controls the Qi flowing from the Dantian, through the meridians, and back to the Dantian in one cycle.

Breathing Exercises – Breathing exercises in cultivation are special ways of breathing that secrete turbid Qi from within the body and draw in Qi from nature.

Meditation – exercises to train or mind mind and soul.

Lotus Position – sits in a cross-legged meditation position.

Closed-door Training – is also called Closed Door Meditation or Closed Door Cultivation. Training is done in seclusion, usually to focus on breaking down barriers in cultivation practice or to avoid interference from attacks at the time of higher cultivation stages, and can result in deep wounds.

Insight – related to enlightenment.

Internal Devils – literally translates as “Devil Hati”. Rather than the demon form in general, Internal Demons were the practitioners' negative emotions and other mental barriers that held back their training/cultivation. Internal Demons, in some cases, could even attack Cultivators from within, and failure in fighting Internal Demons adequately could result in Qi Deviation.

Qi Deviation – is also known as Qigong Deviation.

Qi Condensation – is also known as Qi Purification or Qi Collection, which is an early stage of cultivation that involves the absorption of Qi from nature and its refinement within the body.

Foundation Establishment – is also known as Basic Development, which is the stage after Qi Condensation .

Core formation, including the formation of Gold Core by using Dantian as the container and Cultivation Base as the raw material.

Increase cultivation:

- Basic cultivation: 1-9 levels

- beginner cultivation: divided into 3 (early, middle and peak)

- Low cultivation (stage foundation): 1-9 levels

medium -cultivation (earth manifest stage): 3 levels

high - Cultivation (worldly manifest stage): 1-9 levels

peak cultivation (immortal stage): 10 levels
