Chapter 76 ~ Nightmare

Nabil was a little disappointed when he read the message just sent by his client who was none other than Vincent. But, yeah, that's it. He still had to see for himself how the mall construction process was. later he could communicate directly with Vincent at a later time.

Nabil clearly caught hearing two men talking about Vincent. He doesn't know who the two men are, but certainly seems close to Vincent. But Nabil also did not want to know too much in his client's problems.

Nabil took his phone that had fallen off. After that he said goodbye to Vincent's assistant.

Along the way, Nabil kept thinking about his wife. How could Shanum have had an accident. He just hopes his wife is okay.

“Pak, can be a little faster do not bring the car?” nabil asked his personal driver.

“Sorry, Sir. In front is also jammed.” Answer the middle-aged man who was holding the wheel.

After passing through the traffic jam, Nabil now feels a little relieved because some time will arrive at the hospital.

Nabil ran in, after his driver had just reached the hospital parking lot. Not even Nabil asked the receptionist about the whereabouts of his wife's room, Barra was already standing up to welcome his son.

“Nabil!” call Barra in a weak voice and a deathly pale face.

“Papa! My wife is being treated in what room number? How could Shanum have an accident, Pa?” ask Nabil.

“You're patient yes, son!” Barra hugged her son with a cry.

Nabil didn't understand what his Papa had just said.he just wanted to think positively if his wife was okay.

“I want to see my wife, Pa! where's the room?” Nabil drew his father's hand to drive him to his wife's room.

Barra is not ready to tell the truth, she cannot see the sadness of her son if she knows the reality.

Nabil kept pulling his Papa's hand. Barra finally leads Nabil to the room where his ex-daughter-in-law is. Not in the hospital or the operating room. Except in the morgue.

“Pa! I want to meet my wife? why did Papa lead me here? What happened Pa?” nabil half-cried in disbelief as his father stopped in front of the mortuary.

“Nak, you are patient! Let Shanum go!” Barra was not strong enough to hold back her cries. The man was stunned while hugging Nabil's body which was now shaking violently.

“Cannot be! This is impossible, Pa! Shanum!!!”

Nabil went into the morgue to make sure that the man in the room was not his wife. He opened a gurney where someone lay there and his body was covered in a white cloth.

That face was a pale face, with eyes tightly closed. A very beautiful face that always filled the days of Nabil is now lying stiff not breathing on the gurney.

“Shanum!! My wife!! why did you leave me???” nabil shouted as he smacked his hand on the floor.

Nabil's world is completely destroyed. It was like a nightmare throughout his life. The woman he loved wholeheartedly had the heart to leave him with a beautiful baby who still needed the affection of a mother. Yes, Shanum died in a single accident that happened a while ago.
