Chapter 5: Getting Taken Home

The strong cessreman given by Kalista made Ella in pain. Ella now understood, if all this time her presence was just a burden and only played by middle-aged women who were very crazy about treasure.

"Ahaha, baby. What are you gonna say, ha?" Calista said softly. But he unceasingly pulled Ella's hair.

"Aaa .. oo . aaa." That's what came out of Ella's mouth. The innocent girl had been mute as a result of the medicine given by Kalista.

"Akh!" kalista's moans fell to the floor after being pushed by someone who appeared suddenly from behind Ella. It was Hansel the secretary Devan who managed to find Ella's residence.

"That! Who are you?!" snapped Kalista stood indignantly unable to accept the treatment of the handsome man standing near Ella.

"sorry. I have no business with you. I'm here ordered to bring Miss Aradella." Hansel looked at Ella and then saw her hair being ruffled. Hansel now understood, the girl bought by his President turned out to be the result of the treatment of the Woman in front of him.

"Sorry, Miss. You shouldn't have left, Mr. Devan. Better, Miss come with me back." Hansel turned around. Ella looked at her stepmother and clenched her hands.

"I'll take back what I should have." That's what was in Ella's heart and she turned around to want to go with Hansel.

"Wait first. What the fuck, he's my son. How could you bring her with you!" Kalista doesn't take Ella away with a man she doesn't recognize.

Hansel turned back then looked at Kalista with a cynical and sharp look then said, "From now on, Miss Aradella has no relationship with you anymore." Hansel turned around immediately out of the house.

Jeddah!

It was like the sound of lightning blaring in Aradella's ear and also Kalista. Hansel's words made Ella's heart ache to hear that she had nothing to do with Kalista. Likewise Kalista was furious that the ordinary man could break his relationship with Ella that easily.

"Hey, shit! Get back in here! You bastard!" kalista shouted to see Ella walking behind Hansel. Ella closed her eyes was no longer strong to hear herself reviled by Kalista. With her weak physique, Ella finally fainted and Hansel immediately held her back from falling to the ground.

Hansel felt sorry, but he did not want to deal with a pathetic girl like Ella. Hansel picks up Ella and takes her to his car.

The car door opened, Hansel placed Ella in the middle seat where President Devan was sitting as well. Devan glanced at Ella. The man knew what had happened to Ella's family because he had already investigated Ella's background as just a stepchild without a real mother beside him.

"President, where's the goal this time?" hansel sat in the driver's seat.

"Okay, President." Hansel started the engine and drove to Villa Devan. On the way, Ella suddenly wriggled looking agitated with tears falling on her face. The girl had a bad dream. The dream in which Ella was dumped by her own birth mother. What a pity the fate of this young girl.

Devan looked back at the window indifferently. But Ella's head leaned against Devan's shoulder, leaving Hansel in the driving position shocked to see her from the rearview mirror. Just this time there was a woman who touched her President. In Hansel's mind, he worries that Ella will be thrown into the streets by Devan.

However, his assumption was wrong. Devan didn't even move a bit and didn't even care. His president is so indifferent to women.

"What's up, Hansel?" devan asked, glancing at Hansel.

"There's nothing, President." Hansel returned to driving fearfully disturbing the mood of his President. Devan clicked then glanced at Ella's face. "If you look closely pretty too."

Devan shook his head putting away his foolish thoughts of having glanced at the weak girl beside him. Devan pushed Ella's head and leaned her to the other side.

"He's troubling me, just."

Devan looked out the window again.

"Hansel, what's this girl's name?" devan asked without seeing Hansel.

"Aradella, President." replied Hansel.

"Oh so, the name is so ugly. But it matched his stupid and pitiful face."

Hansel was silent at Devan's words. Even though he looks quiet. But once he spoke, it was as if it hurt. Thankfully, Ella did not hear it. If she heard it, maybe Ella's heart was getting sicker. Hansel's car was getting closer to Villa Devan.
