Zepania did everything she could. He ordered Tiara Angel to transfer all the patients he had treated from her into the Angel's dimensional space. In the woods of Angel's dimension, Zepania has made hundreds of rooms for quarantine patients after curing smallpox virus.

So that can not be felt by anyone even by Rose Angel, Rose Angel can not feel the evil aura of the dark kingdom.
