74. What a Weird Night
Love comes because of many things. There is love at first sight. Something just came flowing. Some because they are forced. Some come along with the comfort created. Some even do not come because of excessive hate.
But whatever love comes. Love is a gift from God that cannot be asked for. Unexpected and cannot be thrown away. A wolf cannot determine who to fall in love with. Because love is a mystery.
We can try to love someone we expect to love. But in some cases, even trying as hard as anything, love is sometimes unable to be presented.
Instead, we can go to great lengths to refuse to fall in love with someone. However much we try to forget it, ignore it or throw it away. Love not only does not disappear but actually increases with increasing effort to forget it.
Lu Jing Yu, from the very beginning had tried not to love Pei Zhang Xi. Because all he knew, Pei Zhang Xi was someone he should stay away from the most and avoid. But reality says something else. "You! Why are you still here?" Wei Qian Nian was furious. Why didn't the servant try to assuage his anger when he knew that he was going to destroy the room?
"Hamba is a service sent to serve you. So before I make sure you're asleep, I'll wait here."
