Ling just smirked evilly. He looked at Mo Xiyi with a hostile look. Then he continued to speak, "What if I say that the one who betrayed me is the one you've always believed in?"
"No way!" Mo Xiyi reflexively replied.
"Ling, don't joke with me!" mo Xiyi said again.
Ling's smile was getting colder. He shifted his gaze away from Mo Xiayi. Then he replied with a small laugh, "Alright, I'm kidding you."
Then Ling left. When they were two meters away, Ling stopped. He spoke without turning his head again, "Prepare to return to Shadow City."
Mo Xiyi was still frozen in place. His mind is empty now. He looked at Ling's back who kept away in disbelief.
