The Rebirth of the Legendary King

The Rebirth of the Legendary King
My Method is Brutal

Yu Bin deepened his view. He glanced towards Zhuo Xia.

"I wonder about that guy's face. After he died, there was no more activity from the Combat Organization" Yu Bin said.

He was very curious about the appearance of that person because many people believed him.

"We don't have his picture," Zhuo Xia replied.

He's playing his phone. The round is so fast that it becomes blurry.

"He doesn't like being photographed" Zhuo Xia continued.

Yu Bin is still in a daze. Suddenly a woman dressed in military clothes came in.

"Boss, Professor Luohai will see us" the woman said.

Zhuo Xia immediately got up and left the room.

"Let's go" Yuan Ming said. He patted Yu Bin on the shoulder to resuscitate her. After that they walked together.

Professor Luohai is a chemist from Shadow City. He was tasked with participating in the manufacture of weapons in Urban City.

As there were many fugitives on the loose, Zhuo Xia's mission was to bring him home to Shadow City safely. Moreover, they were afraid that the fugitive would abuse the weapons that Professor Luohai was about to make. If the weapon falls into the hands of the fugitives, there will be a great disaster.

The laboratory door opens.

A woman came out. He took off his protective shirt and showed me his white shirt. He asked, "Is there a problem?"

Zhuo Xia who was standing beside him stared inside Professor Luohai. His snow-white clothes were a stark contrast compared to Yu Bin's black clothes.

"When can the Professor come back?" tanyakanya.

"There was a problem with this research. At least I need another month or two" Professor Luohai said. He's massaging his temple.

"All right, let me go back first" Professor Luohai returned to the lab.

Zhuo Xia who saw this nodded in understanding. He knew the professor was busy.

"One or two months? This laboratory is easy to find. It would be too dangerous for the Professor" Yu Bin said worriedly.

"I'm going to look for A Shui. You protect the Professor here" Zhuo Xia said. He opened the door and walked away.

"Searching for A Shui? If he can be found, does he want to help? Wasn't A Shui just following orders from one person?" asked Yu Bin in astonishment.

As he stared at the door where Professor Luohai was last standing, Yu Bin realized something.

"Is there a problem with the professor? Why is he wearing white clothes? What's the white ribbon on his hand for?" Yu Bin asked again.

It was a garment that showed that someone was grieving.

"Didn't you notice? The big fellow of Shadow City who appeared on the news also wore such clothes complete with white ribbons," Yuan Ming replied next to him.

"Didn't Miss Zhuo Xia not wear her favorite black uniform either?" yuan Ming asked which made Yu Bin realize something else.

Only one person could make everyone act like that.

A week went by so fast.

Ling went to school as usual. He got out of the car and went to class. He ate the bread and drank the milk he had brought from home. He did not have time to eat breakfast at home because he forgot the time when making potions, so he misfortune.

He arrived at his class on the third floor. The class atmosphere was noisy as usual. He walked past Su Wen Ai who was staring at him ever since he stepped in.

Ling simply ignored him. He went to his seat in the back. But Su Wen Ai turned her head to look at Ling.

He sat next to Yuan. He gave a sharp look to Su Wen Ai for her to stop looking at him. He finally took his eyes off Ling.

"Ling I've decided it," Yuan said suddenly. His expression was so serious at this moment.

Ling took out his books. He spoke without seeing Yuan, "I'll remind you again if you may forget. My methods are cruel. I'm not letting you go unless you die."

The word 'dead' made Yuan tremble. He almost retreated because of that one word. He thought Ling would teach him peacefully even if a little cruel. He did not expect Ling to casually say those words.

But as he thought back to the fugitive they met last time, he was sure what Ling was doing could not be done by a normal person. It was as if he had gone through decades of training.

"Ling I'm sure of this. I will not retreat," Yuan said after steadying his resolve. Now he realized Ling really did not play around. Ling is not as simple as it used to be. Because of that, he will keep moving forward.

"Well," Ling arranged the book neatly.

Yuan did not expect that Ling would agree quickly. At first he had already prepared a plan to show his determination.

"Why are you ...," Yuan wanted to ask why Ling agreed so quickly. Ling cut his words.

"Your eyes" Ling replied. Now he is leaning on the chair with his arms crossed.

"The eyes of a person cannot lie. I see that determination in your eyes" Ling replied.

"really? Then let's practice. You can first determine the technique that suits me. We better go to the library" Yuan said with sparkling eyes. He pulled Ling's sleeve to take her out of class.

Ling raised an eyebrow. He still sits in his place. He took Yuan's hand off his shirt. Then he picked up another book in his bag.

"Create a note from the book" Ling said throwing a math book at Yuan.

"Well, I knew it would end like this" Yuan said. He sat down in lethargy. Even so, he kept making notes.

"Is Liam so busy training that he doesn't go to school? I will be far behind him then," Yuan said speaking originally.

Ling deepened his view. He looked straight ahead. He had already planned to make a better potion for Liam.

After today's class ended, Ling was waiting for the Chen Family car in front of the gate. He looked down to avoid the scorching sun.

At that moment someone called out to him from behind, "Sister."

Ling turned the body. He saw Wuzhou walking up to him.

"I know you won't ignore me" Wuzhou said, speeding up. He was in front of Ling.

He lowered his voice then spoke, "I just want to tell you that there is no point in Mom looking for Lu Yan. I won't let Chen Company join Project L."

After that, Wuzhou left as if nothing had happened between them.

Ling did not change his expression. He remained calm as usual. He had already held up his cell phone and called Uncle Qian.

"Where's my mom?" asked Ling coldly.

"Young Master, you better go home first," replied Uncle Qian across the phone. From the way he spoke, Ling knew something was wrong.

"Where's my mom?" ask Ling again. He deepened his voice. Now it's colder than it was.
