Chapter 40 The Tradition of Throwing Coins

Stella smiled sweetly as she bowed respectfully before them or rather pointed at Emperor Maximilian himself.

" Hail Your Majesty" said Stella who continued to look at Emperor Maximilian with a look of adoration.

Makes Elizabeth shudder in horror at Stella's pretentious attitude. Elizabeth just walked over to Stella or rather Leonardo who was in Stella's arms.

" Let's go now" Emperor Maximilian said softly.

After the horse carriage walked left Stella who was still with a position sitting on the ground. Even the servants who had seen the incident could only shake their heads. They learned that Stella had always tried to get close to Emperor Maximilian.

While on the other hand Elizabeth was nervous repeatedly she always sighed to reduce her nervousness. Emperor Maximilian, aware of Elizabeth's nervousness, gently kissed her hand, whispering something.

" I will always be by your side the Queen" said Emperor Maximilian, looking gently at Elizabeth.

Seeing this Elizabeth immediately covered her reddened face upon hearing the words of the romantic Emperor Maximilian.

After arriving at the city hall Emperor Maximilian went down while holding the hand of Elizabeth who was holding Leonardo with one hand, as well as Axello who held the hand of Everlyn.
