The morning was very calm. Birds – birds twittering around the Palace. The coolness of the air had been felt by Uzan who had been awakened. The prince was standing by the window of his room looking at the palace settlement.

The Prince was thinking about what happened to the kingdom of Kastala. He felt uncomfortable with the state of the kingdom which is now curious about the fate of the citizens who are affected by this. He knew it was his father's responsibility. However, he also felt concerned about the state of the citizens.

At the age of twenty, Uzan had begun to be sensitive to the state of the kingdom. Moreover, he would rise to become king the next five years. However, he also noticed various kinds of government dynamics.

Instantly the door was knocked. The knock diverts his reverie “Masuk.”

Queen Sofia stepped in.

“Uzan,” greet Queen Sofia take a seat on the mattress. “I want to tell you something.”

“Mother, what's up?”

“We've had a meeting on this. Finally, one of the seven higher-ups has a solution to overcome this.”

“Before that,” says Uzan, “can we talk for a while?”

“What's up?” ask Sofia

Uzan sighed in annoyance. “Demonstrations that occurred at that time are very worrying”

“I know it.”

“I feel so worried because yesterday,” said Uzan. “Father forbade me to defend the palace, resisting the demonstration with the soldiers”

“I know,” said Sofia “This is for your own good. We know that such demonstrations were banned by your grandfather, Fadion, who did not allow his people to do so. But it silences their aspirations and the people just hate us, right?

”Indeed,” said Uzan, “Kakek Fadion is indeed more assertive, by executing people – people who do it.”

“It will only slow down the problem,” said Sofia, “because it is also no better than before. In fact, I also had time to feel the aura of hatred felt by the residents when the rule was enforced.”

“Do you think so, mom?”

“King Fadion was the first to impose executions for demonstrators and – people who opposed the kingdom,” Queen Sofia was silent for a moment. Then continue,

“Your nineteen-year-old father was forced to replace him,” Sofia said.

“So,” Uzan sitting next to The Queen, “what is the solution to overcome this earthquake?”

“We have to collect some magical material.”

“Material magical yes?” uzan. “Who has this proposal? Rena or Kamasa?”

“Kamasa who has this proposal. However, he did not come at the meeting. He sent the message to Mr. Faraq.”

“Faraq, yes?” uzan. “Where is Kamasa?”

“He is going to the kingdom of Oslar. Maybe we are negotiating about something that must be related to this strange disaster that we are experiencing. You already know Magical Materials right?

“Yes, I know. Magical Materials are primary devices that have magical powers. Kamasa tells me that this palace building contains three magical materials, namely Umbra, Savka, and Utari. Until now, this Palace still remains sturdy despite this strange disaster. He also told me that there were about two hundred magical materials scattered all over Namaril.”

“Knowledge is enough,” Sofia nodded. “So, we need Material – Magical Material which is different from the one used in this palace.”

“Does this have nothing to do with earth element magic, bu?” ask Uzan.

“Material Magis what is needed to relieve this disaster?”

“Kamasa entrust parchment contains a list of magical materials needed to Faraq. I'm here to deliver Kamasa's message to you.”

“What is Kamasa's message?”

“He advised that you should find the material – magical material.”

“Of course,” Uzan nodded steadily. “Did you tell the top of Rowan to prepare the soldiers?”

“No, Uzan” said Sofia, “At my suggestion, you will not leave with the soldiers.”

“Then?”

“I propose to your father that you will bring your close friends – to go through this quest. Better, soldiers – soldiers of the palace help the citizens who are being affected by this disaster,” Sofia continued. “In exchange, you will bring two to four friends to accompany you on a twenty-day search.”

“Three weeks, yes?”  Uzan started to stand and walk pacing – mandir in front of window. The Prince was thinking about the two friends he would invite to collect magical materials to restore the state of the Kastala kingdom.

“Iya, twenty days,” said Sofia, “that's just an estimate. Mr. Faraq said that it could be less and it could be more. Unlike Umbra, Savka, and Utari, the Magical Materials needed to deal with this disaster were all on the island of Kastala”

Uzan looked up at the sky while digesting his mother's words.

Sofia added, “Kamasa might create a time limit for twenty days so that we immediately rush to overcome this disaster. He was the king's advisor. So, he used to create various kinds of activities in a structured manner.”

“Oh, yes?” uzan. “But in my opinion, he is rarely in the Palace and only sends messages through the Personal Divination Ball. Isn't that right?”

“Kamasa does have a mission to make our kingdom better,” Sofia explained, “She also learned how the behavior of king Fadion when Kamasa was still a higher-ranking part of magic and healing.”

“Actually,” says Uzan, “I will invite Rena to undergo this mission”

“as you already know,” said Sofia, “Rena can no longer join you anymore. Indeed, she is a top-tier magician, but her status as a high-ranking member of magic and Klerik, as well as not allowing to follow you on your way.”

Does Rena also know about this like Kamasa?”

“Although Rena is Kamasa's daughter, she doesn't know about this,”Sofia explains. “Semenjak Kamasa became a royal advisor, he more often associated with Faraq because of his similarity about conveying things – things that convey about other kingdoms and build a better life, especially in the royal settlement.”

“Alright,” Uzan sighed disappointed. “Where's dad?”

“Your father is tracing the streets of the settlement around the palace with Mr. Istandi to see how badly this earthquake has affected the citizens.”

“Are you not afraid of the aftermath of yesterday's demonstration? after all, there will be citizens who might attack him.”

“Just relax,” said The Queen. “King Endan already understands about that. The whole village has been informed that he will be traveling in response to yesterday's demonstration.”

“When I came here, I had a chance to meet with Rowan and he reported that he would come with King Endan and Istandi to execute people – people who dare to attack the king secretly – hide or light – explained.”

Uzan nodded “Tuan Rowan still adheres to Fadion's grandfather's policy, is it?”

“Some people never change.”

“Alright!” Uzan stood up, stepped near the window and leaned against the wall “When his departure?”

“Faster is better,” said Sofia “Now it's morning. After this, you can find your friends – friends. If today your friends – friends have gathered, we will immediately tell Mr. Faraq to prepare so that tomorrow morning you can immediately depart.”

“Alright, I'll get ready – ready” 

“Means you've made your decision,” Sofia smiled. After that, the Queen began to stand up. Who are you going to ask, Uzan?”

Uzan answered the question with confidence, “I will invite Edgar and Sara.”
