The doctor who examined Indira came out of the IGD room. Everyone approached the doctor with an anxious face. No exception Reyno who had been around there even though his existence was not too conspicuous.

Everyone was worried about Indira so they did not pay much attention to Reyno's whereabouts there.

Claudia hurriedly approached the doctor who was treating Indira.

"How's my daughter doing, Doctor?" Claudia looked at the doctor with tears.

Nathan and the others waited for a response from the doctor with anxious expectation.

"The accident that befell your daughter is severe. As a result of a hard impact on his stomach, the patient experienced bleeding. We're very sorry, because we couldn't save the baby in the womb."

"What?" Claudia and the others were very surprised to hear the doctor's words.

Claudia shook her head with tears rushing down her cheeks. The next second, Claudia was unconscious.

"Please immediately take care of the administration because the patient must be operated immediately to remove the fetus." The doctor again interrupted without caring for Claudia who was unconscious.

"Do whatever is best for my wife, Doctor" Nathan said. A nurse pushes the gurney towards Nathan who is carrying Claudia's body.

Santi's mother and the two young women who accompanied her embraced each other.

"Indira, my daughter ...." Santi's mother sobbed. While Nathan directly took care of the administration and signed a letter of approval of Indira's operations.

The man is not really strong. He felt anxious about his wife's condition and felt sad because he had lost his future son.

"Darling, you have to be strong. I wouldn't be able to if something happened to you." Nathan's tears are flowing. The man cried imagining the bad possibility that would happen to Indira.

In front of the operating room, Reyno spoke with a fellow doctor who handles Indira.

"Please do your best to save him." Reyno spoke with a trembling voice holding back the cry.

"We will do our best to save him." The doctor rubbed Reyno's shoulder slowly.

"Pray! May God save her." Reyno nodded before finally passing from before her fellow friend.

"It looks like the female patient means a lot to Doctor Reyno, Doc. Just this time I saw Doctor Reyno so devastated when facing a patient. He can't even handle it by himself." A nurse who had heard the two doctors speak.

"We pray that the operation goes well."

"Come on!"

Reyno calmed herself down in the car. The handsome doctor repeatedly hit the steering wheel to vent his anger.

"I should have come to save you myself, Indi. Instead of sending my man because I have to deal with patients who are critically and immediately given action." Reyno spoke softly. The man sobbed regretting his decision to save others rather than save Indira who was in danger at the time.

But isn't he a doctor? It is the duty of a doctor to help his patients first than others, right? Even though the other person was the one he loved very much.

Yep! Reyno loves Indira. Initially, Reyno convinced Indira to marry someone else. However, when she finds out that she is unhappy with her marriage, Reyno chooses a way to protect Indira secretly.

Reyno's cell phone rang showing the names of his men whom he told to protect Indira.

"Boss, these two bastards finally admitted that the one who told him they were harming Miss Indira was Ms. Claudia, the in-law of Miss Indira."

Reyno's jaw hardened, her hands clenched with a face full of anger at the reports from her men.

"Send all the videos of the assholes confessing to my number, and hand them over to the police. I'll report the witch to the police as soon as possible!"

Reyno put her phone in her snell pocket. The man got out of the car after smoothing out his appearance.

Reyno meets Nathan who is crying in front of the operating room. The man smiled sinisterly at the foolish man who had wasted Indira.

"Basic Losers! Keeping your own wife is not wise. If you are already unable to take care of Indira, you better leave Indira to me. A bastard like you doesn't deserve to be with the precious Indira!"

"What do you mean say that? I love Indira. She is the mother of my son. I can't give up Indira to you!" Nathan was emotionally disturbed. From the beginning he was already suspicious if the man who he said was a friend of Indira liked his wife.
