Chapter 22: Fear

Night at the Infinity dorm

Sungyeol arrived at dorm. He asked about L's whereabouts to Dongwoo and Hoya who were relaxing in the living room. They say they don't know.

Sungyeol : “What? So I haven't come home yet?! If so, Hyeri did not find dong.”

Dongwoo : “Hyeri is also with you?”

Sungyeol assures him and tells him that L separated from them while at the market.

Hoya : “We thought, I'm with you. So, we just relax.”

Meanwhile, Hyeri and L are still on the bus. The phone suddenly shook. Drrtt.. drrrttt. But L is still fast asleep. Hyeri tries to reach into L's pants pocket. Not yet had he picked it up, L's hand suddenly grabbed Hyeri's wrist. With eyes still closed, L asked “You want to say what?”

“HP-mu vibrating daritadi. Looks like a phone came in. I... just want to help you lift it, who knows it matters.” Hyeri replied nervously.

I opened my eyes and let go of his grip. He took the phone out of his pocket and lifted it up.

L : “Sungyeol, where are you? Daritadi I called you but not active.”

Sungyeol : “Hehe.. earlier the battery ran out, this again on charge. You where? Is Hyeri with you? I was in dorm!”

L : “Iya, she's with me. I'm on the bus again. I'll be back in dorm.”

I then hang up the phone. “Sungyeol who called ya?” ask Hyeri. “Hm.” answer L.

The bus stopped at the next stop. Then L stood up making the black mask on his lap fall down. Meanwhile, Hyeri was still sitting. “Oi, would you like to stay here?” ask L. By plain Hyeri asked, “Oh, we've got ya?” I didn't bully him. He got off the bus leaving Hyeri. Hyeri ran over to him. “Hey, wait for me!” he shouted while getting off the bus.

On the somewhat quiet road, L walked towards his dorm. Hyeri followed him from behind.

L : “Hey, why are you following me?”

Hyeri lied, “I didn't follow you. Just so happened to be the same direction.”

Actually I'm afraid to walk alone. Where my house is far away. How's this?!

Hyeri kept following L while checking her Handphone for a bit. When he looked forward again, L had already disappeared around the corner of the road. “L where? How come, suddenly she disappeared?”

Hyeri's hair stood up for a moment when she realized she was alone on the street. Hyeri got more and more goosebumps when she heard someone whispering to her. “True you followed me.” whispered the man. Hyeri looks surprised, “Hey, L! Why do you give me goosebumps every time you stand behind me? And again you were walking in front of me and suddenly disappeared.”.

I smiled cynically, “Why? Scared?”

Hyeri is nervous, “Si. I'm just a little worried if there are bad people who attack me see this road is quiet.”

L : “You should be careful of me.”

L then walk back in front while warning Hyeri, “Oi crazy girl, don't follow me again.” “Stop calling me crazy girl!” hyeri shouted while kicking the empty drink can in front of her intending to hit L's head. I turn around, “Kalo once again you do this, I will not hesitate to make you hurt.” (while squeezing the can and then throwing it away).

“What are you doing here?” asked Hoya who was already standing not far from them. Apparently Hoya and Dongwoo were looking for L and Hyeri around the streets near the dorm.

Hyeri : “Hoya? Dongwoo?”

Dongwoo : “We were anxious to find you and it turns out you are here.”

Hoya : “Hyeri, instead of your house in that direction?” (pointing in the opposite direction).

Hyeri rolled her eyeballs, “Ah..totally also hehe.”

On the road, Seohyun was still in shock with what she saw just now. He still did not expect to meet some infinity members.

Hyeri nodded. “Kyaaa...!!!” shouted Seohyun excitedly while jumping.

“Ssttt! Don't noise! This is malem know. What about people?!” angry Hyeri. Seohyun shut her mouth, “Upss, sorry. And you know, Hoya smiled at me!” Hyeri shook her head in surprise.
