episode 18 = elemental time keeper

alex's father's spirit begins to sense that the time keeper's abilities are inside the sheldon's body and Alex begins to emerge as they begin to be ready to use their space-time abilities Alex's father's spirit suddenly tells Alex to sheldon trained his time keeper skills to be perfect along with other abilities.

sheldon is confused why the time keeper ability can appear when Alex's father's spirit explains that the ability appears because sheldon is ready to use the time keeper ability and the inner sheldon is ready to do it but the ability has the risk that the user is unstable can cause mental and soul will be more chaotic and even unstable, so sheldon must be able to maintain the stability of all abilities in him because the key is stability in everything that is being experienced and control any ability.

as long as the sheldon uses his power to destabilize his mental and soul as if unstable then that spirit of Alex's father is training him so that the ability does not damage the mental and soul of sheldon when using that ability.

some days sheldon trained seriously even though he had to force his body but the spirit of Alex's father told him never to force the strength and the body will only cause a quick pain then from if you want to perfect any ability if forced to add damage to the body and mental fast slow.
