In the morning sheldon and Alex rehearsed for a few hours training and suddenly threw a book on the sheldon containing the history of the four stone elemental time traveler who was sheldon looking for.

Alex asked what had happened.

Alex: what's up sheldon.

Sheldon: someone threw this book.

Sheldon: don't know who.

Alex: from which direction.

Sheldon: less from which direction.

Sheldon: back to training.

Alex: it's bad.

They returned to training seriously after returning home shocked by the shock of her parents, sheldon, who made a lot of food without sheldon's knowledge.
