Chapter 42. Like Meeting Freedom

"Geez!" lena said reflexively, surprised by the presence of William standing behind Bella's body. While Bella immediately smiled sumringah, because she was very happy because it turned out she could find a place to live mother and her two younger siblings.

"Mom," call Bella, without hesitation hugging the woman in front of her. Makes Lena realize from her focus on William.

Lena stretched her arms around Bella, then cupped both sides of the girl's face. "Bel, is this really you?" Lena asked in disbelief, and Bella immediately nodded as she gave a smile.

"Oh my God, we can finally meet again" continued Lena while embracing the body of her stepson again. Some time they poured longing in each other's hearts, even so excited they forgot the presence of William who had not been heard. Yes, because the breath just doesn't seem to exist.

"Ehem!" The man cleared his throat loudly, making Lena and Bella instantly aware. Both of them looked at William. However, Lena felt stammered, as the man was constantly raising a sharp gaze.

"Bel, this ...?" lena asked slightly stammered, she slightly turned her face away because the stare was like wanting to penetrate her heart. While Bella immediately took a position next to William's body.

"This is Mr. William, Mah," Bella replied with a still-similar expression. When Bella first said about William, the girl seemed very frightened.

"Oh, is this what Mr William is called?" Lena gave a quick glance, while William, who was not good at small talk, let out a rough sigh instead of getting acquainted with Lena.

"Until when are we gonna stand here?" put both hands in the pants pocket. Then look at the atmosphere around, where the streets are not so crowded.

"Geez yes, I'm sorry I forgot, sir, let's go in" replied Lena, allowing William to enter her house. Without permission William immediately stepped arrogantly, even ahead of the owner. It was as if he knew the location of this house.

Lena and Bella looked at each other. If Lena might be surprised, because they just met for the first time. Another with Bella who was already used to the man's attitude. The cold and sinister face was just a casing, as William was in fact much warmer than what Bella had imagined. Yes, even if only in bed.

William first sat on the sofa, then patted the space by his side for Bella to sit there. However, he did not obey William's orders.

"Master, I made you a drink first huh," said the girl, as there was no way she would ask Lena to serve them both. William is still William. A person who can not be denied, even though he knows Lena is the stepmother of the girl in front of him.

William stared fixedly at Lena, making the woman again move uneasily. "We're just guests here! So, don't act like the host." William said, making Bella feel wrong. But denying William was not the right decision.

"Well, forgive her attitude, she's really nice" whispered Bella, before she sat down next to William. Lena could not say anything, she could only nod and then walk into the kitchen.

Until not long later, the atmosphere of quiet and awkward was slightly solved with the arrival of Lena. The woman put two glasses of orange juice along with a snack that is always available in the refrigerator.

"Well, Ellen and Alland are still in school?" ask Bella, invite the mother to talk, until Lena raised her head. He nodded with a smile.

"Yes, Bel, soon Mamah will have to pick them up" replied Lena. Then take a position by sitting on a single sofa near Bella. "Please drink, sir." The link was friendly, but once again William's response was just a glance.

Bella was about to reach for her glass, but William arrived first. He slightly sipped Bella's drink, leaving the two women equally flabbergasted. But they tried to cover up the shock. Not understanding William's attitude as if Lena wanted to know, that Bella would never return to her family forever. Bella.

"Drink, this is quite good" William said as he thrust the glass in front of Bella's mouth. Bella had a glance at Lena at a glance, then sipped the drink with an erratic mind.

They went back to silence, like running out of chat materials, but from then on there was only silence that greeted. Lena and Bella are not free, they only occasionally look at each other, then look down to find a gap. Until William suddenly pulled out the phone, because it looks like he got a message from someone.

"I have a little business, so I have to go. If you want to stay here, I'm forced to leave you" William said, and Bella seemed to have a golden opportunity. He nodded immediately, this was what he had been waiting for.

"Yes, sir, I'll just wait here" Bella replied quickly. While Lena little by little can breathe with relief.

William got up and followed the others. Even when he stepped out, Bella and Lena always tailed. Before getting into the car, William gives Bella a message. "As long as I'm not around, my men are everywhere. So, don't get hurt and don't be rash."

Bella nodded obediently, and William immediately gave a kiss of goodbye, no matter if Lena was there.

"Madam, I'm Bella's. When my business is done, I'll go back to pick her up" William said, and Lena could only nod her head.

And after the man's departure, Bella and Lena immediately breathed with relief. Like finding freedom.
