Then to make it, Boil the noodles in a pot while making sure not to cook the noodles too ripe so that the texture is not too soft. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.


Boil the clams with 2 cups of water until boiling. Cover the pot, cook with small fire until the shell is open. Drain the shellfish and then add 1 cup of chicken broth. Heat the oil then saute the garlic and chopped ginger. Put chili powder, minced meat, and onions. Saute all ingredients until mixed well and give off a fragrant aroma. After a few minutes, put the shrimp, squid, carrot, and chives into the pan, stirring it back to flat. After a few minutes, also input other ingredients such as boiled clams, mustard, mushrooms, noodles, and broth sauce. Let it boil.


Cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, salt, and sugar until it tastes just right. Once cooked and all ingredients and seasonings are mixed, turn off the fire. Finally, sprinkle complementary ingredients and Jjampong is ready to be served.


Chefs and assistant chefs keep paying attention to each step with detail, they even record it on paper for fear of forgetting just one step and the results will be different and the customer will not feel satisfied.


Then to make Haejang-guk, the ingredients are prepared and use include beef, toge, mustard greens, 1 stick of scallions cut across, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp salt, etc, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp red chili powder
