Episode 3: Tension in the Office

After ending their affair, Sarah and David try to get back to their usual lives at work. However, unlike before, the atmosphere in the office became tense. Co-workers begin to suspect something unusual is going on between the two of them.

It's common knowledge that Sarah and David are often seen talking privately in David's office space or alone in lonely hallways. Gossip began to spread and became a warm conversation among employees.

"I'm sure there's something going on between them. They've been looking weird lately" Lisa, one of Sarah's co-workers, said in a whisper to her friend.

"But David is married, isn't he? And Sarah has a husband, too" said her friend in astonishment.

Lisa nodded, "Yes, that's what makes things even more complicated. I can't imagine how they could get involved in an affair at work."

Meanwhile, Michael, the new superior in their department, is also aware of the tension that exists between Sarah and David. He approached Sarah skillfully and tried to figure out what was happening.

"Is everything okay, Sarah? I feel that something is troubling you, "asked Michael wisely.

Sarah was distressed and confused. He did not want to divulge his personal secrets to his superiors, but he also did not want to hide the truth from someone he trusted.

"I'm facing some personal problems, Michael. But, I will try to handle it myself," Sarah replied carefully.

Meanwhile, the tension between Sarah and David in the office is getting more pronounced. They try to keep a distance from each other, but longing eyes are still common. Sometimes, they both felt like they could not help themselves, but the desire to keep honor and live a good life overcame their passions.

Amidst the tension and pressure, their working relationship begins to be disrupted. They often disagree at meetings, and the collaboration between them is no longer as effective as before. Sarah and David's performance begins to be affected, and this does not go unnoticed by Michael.

Michael decided to call the two into his room to discuss the matter. When faced with Michael's worries, Sarah and David feel tense and nervous. They did not want their secrets revealed, but they also did not want to lie to their superiors.

"I noticed there was tension between the two of you and your work performance was like never before. Is there a problem you're facing?" ask Michael firmly.

Sarah and David looked at each other, not knowing how to answer Michael's question. They both feel trapped in an increasingly complicated labyrinth of forbidden love.
