The Story of Margaretha

The Story of Margaretha
27

Margaretha, who initially only wanted to take a change of clothes, eventually went to the office to see Janu. The man was shocked when he saw the arrival of Margaretha who was alone. For quite a while just sitting opposite none of them opened their voices. Until finally, Janu clasped Margaretha's hand tightly. Margaretha was about to let go, but seeing Janu's glare so heartless made Margaretha unbearable.

"I'm sorry." Janu's voice sounded raucous and full of regret.

"Your apologies won't bring my parents back to life." Margaretha turned her face away from looking at Janu.

"I know and I'm so sorry. I will take responsibility for everything. But, may I ask you a favor?" Janu tightened his hand.

"Solicit what please?"

"Please take care of Agnes while I'm here. How long I have to stay here, I'm willing. But, I am so begging you, take care of Agnes. He's innocent here." Janu paused his words. Staring at Margaretha who is still turning her face.

"Since childhood, there has been no one Agnes has but me. From the baby his body is already weak and he should stay without the affection and attention of a mother. I'm not going to blame Anjani here, because I realized that I was wrong all along. I was mistaken for reckless and now it's time for me to take the payoff."

"It should be like that. Had your heart not been filled with vengeance, I'm sure no one would have been hurt and lost." Margaret pulled both her hands. Janu just stared inside.

"Yes. I'm so sorry. Will you accompany Agnes and look after her? All the property of your parents will also be returned on your behalf," said Janu sure. There was no reason for Margaretha to refuse.

"alright. I'll take care of Agnes because she's my sister anyway."

Margaretha's words suddenly made Janu's smile expand perfectly. In fact, so happy Janu to say a lot of thanks. Margaretha just smiled. She is hurt and resentful of Janu, but Margaretha realizes one thing that every human being must have made a mistake whether big or small.

After that, Margaretha was ready to go to the hospital because she had promised to accompany Agnes and would stay there. Janu also invited. However, just as she was about to leave, Margaretha stared unbearably at the sight of Janu's sad eyes. Margaretha was convinced that Janu must have missed her daughter a lot.

Two days passed, Margaretha only occasionally gathered with her best friend and spent more time with Agnes. As Margaretha promised Janu that she would take care of Agnes as long as she was imprisoned. What makes Margaretha suspicious is Agnes who never once asked when her father came home or just called. The girl was completely silent and never whined.

"Etha .. I want to take a walk outside the hospital. I'm bored here" complained Agnes. Margaretha refused, but she decided to see a doctor for permission. After the doctor invited her, Margaretha immediately invited Agnes for a walk. Of course it was enthusiastically welcomed by Agnes.

During the two leave, Agnes asked a lot of things. Almost everything he asked was exactly like a child. Although Agnes was older than him, and the status of Agnes who was his sister, Margaretha actually felt like a mother who was babysitting her child. Margaretha did not comment too much, she understood Agnes's attitude as it was great without the affection of a mother and Janu who so spoiled her daughter.

"Etha .. I'm hungry," whined Agnes. Margaretha chuckled as she pinched Agnes' cheek so desperately.

"Then we eat at the nearest restaurant."

"Where? Don't go far. Later I'm tired of no one to massage because papa hasn't come home yet, too" said Agnes.

"Don't worry. I have a lot of contacts of the masseuse. Want to be young or old," seloroh Margaretha. Agnes pursed her lips to make Margaretha more anxious. "I think I'm more suited to being your sister, huh."

"Gee! How am I your brother." Agnes turned her face away. However, she is shocked when Margaretha suddenly pulls her hand and takes her to a fairly crowded restaurant.

Upon entering the restaurant, Agnes was so amazed by the room decor that was very suitable with young people. Agnes's steps suddenly came to a halt as her tail caught a handsome man walking down the stairs.

"Mas Gatra!" call Margaretha.

"Did you know that handsome guy?" ask Agnes in wonder.

"He's my ex-boss."

"Boss?"

Margaretha simply smiled looking at Agnes' confused face.

"Mar. How you doing?" ask Gatra who is currently in front of Margaretha. In fact, they were now shaking hands tightly.

"Good, Mas. How about Gatra himself?" margaretha asked her to return a smile Gatra no less sweet.

"Yes like this. Oh yeah, where's Andra?" gatra asked looking for Andra. To the point of upsetting Agnes. He had already tidied his hair for Gatra to look at him, but the man was instead acting indifferent.

"Either. These two days he's been very busy." Margaretha answered softly. In fact, Margaretha felt uneasy in her heart because Andra had never contacted her. The man was busy himself. Luckily, there was Agnes who made Margaretha's anxiety distracted.

"Ehem!"

Margaretha and Gatra both looked towards Agnes after hearing the girl's deformity. Margaretha even tried to hold back the laughter when she saw the vexation of Agnes's face, while Gatra only glanced at her glance and turned away.

"Etha, let's eat. I was hungry" said Agnes. Swiping his flat stomach.

"Attent. You don't want to be acquainted with Mas Gatra?" margaretha asked half-temptingly.

"No! I already know his name. Better now we find an empty table." Agnes scanned the room and rushed to the empty table. Then walked quickly away from Margaretha and Gatra just like that. Margaretha's smile expanded upon seeing Agnes' stomping footsteps.

"He who? How strange is his behavior?" ask Gatra. Observing Agnes who was currently opening a menu book.

"My brother."

"Sister? Do you have a sister?" Gatra asked in wonder. As far as she was concerned, Margaretha had no one here. Only the Somplak Sekawan gang that Gatra knew as Margaretha's closest man.

"Yes, she's my sister. Just came from the village." Margaret answered lying. It was impossible for him to tell Gatra everything.

"Pantesan," murmured Gatra. Nod in. Margaretha said goodbye to the place where Agnes was sitting waiting for her.

Very amusing. He behaves like a Kindergarten child. Gatra smiled to himself.
