For the first time I learned to cook, and what I'm going to cook today is a ball of meatballs boiled in hot chili sauce. One more thing that makes me difficult in cooking this meat ball, which is to make a smooth seasoning for the spicy sauce.

Even though I am strong, it still feels very difficult to smooth the ingredients for the spicy sauce, how to smooth it by using two tools, one is a convex circle and the other is a tool with a ball-like shape, similar to a dimple but a small version.

After trying hard to smooth the ingredients for the spicy sauce, my mother told me to boil the fine seasoning with enough water and put all the meat balls in and just wait for it to ripen perfectly.
