Don't pretend.

Everyone in the dark empire went to their respective rooms to cleanse their bodies of sweat from being under the radiance of the sun. They had all first cleared away the mud attached to their feet by using the flowing river water that was in the backyard close to the pavilion belonging to prince Ming Lan.

At a time when everyone was busy cleaning themselves, it was different from Mona and Ming Fan. Because while in the room belonging to Ming Fan, Mona and Ming Fan discussed something that made everyone would be surprised if they heard Mona's words.

"Me and some of my friends including your sister are among them. We will go to Mount Sinai, a mountain filled with a lot of spiritual energy in it. So,,,," Before Mona finished her remark, Ming Fan had cut her off with consecutive and quick questions so as to leave Mona a little surprised.

"You're going again? Are you going to leave us again? what about the kids? What are you guys up there for? how long you been gone? Can I come with you?" Ming Fan asked as he shook Mona's shoulders gently yet quickly.

"Patience, if you ask that fast and that much, then how do I answer it. So, just ask one by one" Mona held the hands of Ming Fan who was holding Mona's shoulder.

"It's very important, so we have to go" Mona tried to seduce Ming Fan into allowing him to leave. Because Mona knew that Ming Fan would definitely not easily allow himself to leave.

"I'll come with you" Ming Fan woke up from his seat. He walked towards the wardrobe as if he wanted to prepare clothes.

"Come here first, listen to my explanation first" Mona pulled Ming Fan's hand, then pulled him to the chair in front of the mirror. Then Mona sat on Ming Fan's lap.

"Is this how you bribe me? it wouldn't work anymore" Ming Fan began to suspect Mona's attitude was starting to bring the bodies of the two of them closer together.

"No, this is not a bribe. But, may I ask you something?" Mona asked Ming Fan as she stared at the reflection of Ming Fan's face from the mirror.

"What's that about?" the same thing was done by Ming Fan who looked at Mona as well from the reflection of the mirror.

"What did you see from there?" mona asked as she pointed towards the reflection of the two of them.

"Bounce us both of course".

"Other than that?" mona's asking confused Ming Fan.

"Fill this room".

"Other than that?" asked Mona again made Ming FN frown even more.

"I don't know, what do you see other than what I've seen?" ming Fan asked Mona who was smiling softly towards their reflection.

"I saw another world".

"Another world?" puzzled Ming Fan while repeating Mona's reply.

"The world we live in today is a real world according to us, but it's nice to be filled with lies. We pretend to be kind, happy and various other expressions that we show as role models as a leader of an imperial region. But, when we are in front of a mirror, we can see that this is how our world has been, another world filled with mere falsehoods. A world full of the mysteries of destiny"

"The bottom line is that we all have our own roles in this life later, it depends on what choices we make. As for what purpose we left, I cannot tell you, but for now I just want your support whatever my choice is. However, one thing is certain and believe that what we do is for the good of everyone" Mona continued, putting her seat aside so she could look directly at her husband's face.

"How long are you going to be gone?" Ming Fan finally resigned after he stared for a while into Mona's eyes, and he could see the seriousness within his wife's eyes.

"Maybe it's only sixty days" Mona replied by looking up at the sky in their room, as if she was staring at the day they were leaving.

"just? it had been a long time as well, not just a word" Ming Fan held Mona's chin for Mona to stare at her.

"I know, don't you think it's more sympathy for some newlyweds whose wives I'm taking with me, too. We already have five children, three of which are the fruit of our true love. Then, what about those who have only been married for a few months, but who want how else, because I still have to take them to practice with me" Mona said, making Ming Fan ask "Who do you mean?".

"Why do you like to go so suddenly?"

"My dear husband, I have told you. So, I didn't go suddenly dong".

"Ehh, that's right, but they're all gonna beat me up".

"Why?" Mona asked while carving a smile as she looked at Ming Fan's facial expression.

"Because you told me your plans, but I didn't tell them. So, of course they will gang up on me later" Ming Fan replied as he imagined how much fury everyone would put on him if Mona were to really leave all of a sudden.

"No way, a few more days are my birthday and my two brothers. So, on that day I will make a little celebration, and that's when I will announce it. It won't arouse their suspicions, so we can be free to leave once the event is over".

"But it's still very hard to let go of yourself".

"We're not going forever, we're just going to strengthen ourselves. It's my promise that I'll never leave suddenly again from her life. If I leave, I won't be right in your arms". Mona's words made Ming Fan widen his eyes.

"None in my arms? don't joke with that word anymore".

"I'm sorry, but every word I say, I'm always serious".

"But,,, huh" Ming Fan resigned as he buried his face in Mona's neck.

"They're all done cleaning up, so it's time we got out".

"No".

"Please my big, indulgent baby, after this I will spend my time with you and the children without thinking about any other work. I will obey all your requests as well as all the requests of the children" Mona tried to negotiate with Ming Fan.

"Really, all my requests will you follow?" Ming Fan tried to convince her that it was not wrong.

"Yes".

"Surely everything?".

"Heem, everyone" Mona nodded her head. Mona's reply made Ming Fan lift Mona from her lap, leaving Mona shocked.

"Where are you taking me. Ehh,,,," Mona was surprised that Ming Fan was climbing on their bed with Mona still in her hands. Ming Fan laid Mona down slowly with a smile etched on Ming Fan's lips.

'What do you want?' mona telepathically to Ming Fan. 'Sign up payment in advance'.

'*What'.

'You said you'd obey all the wishes of myself and the children. Me and the kids want the same thing about this, and you know that when we want to do something. Then you should pay the advance payment first*'.

"Oh no" Mona just realized something was wrong from her remark that would make Ming Fan greatly benefit.

'Don't pretend you don't want it baby, you'll enjoy it later. Because I haven't heard that melodious song from you in so long as the kids are with us' .
