CHAPTER 26 Vampire Family Meeting

Kemala was very surprised because her husband actually took her back to the island where the two held their first ritual as husband and wife in Brazil. But this time the two are not in the villa anymore, but under a waterfall that is very beautiful, cool and soothing.

“Welcome back, prince Richard!” exclaim someone who is the father of Richard himself. His face seemed very happy to see the happy look of his eldest son who came along with Kemala.

All the vampires here stared straight at the face of Kemala who was always in Richard's protection. His heart seemed to want to explode. Everyone in this room is a vampire and only he is human. What happens if all the vampires get out of control and suddenly attack him. That is what Kemala feared.

“Sorry we are late, Father .. There are some things we both have to do before coming here,” Richard told his father as the two stood facing each other.

“You're not busy creating earthquakes here and there, are you? You show-offer,” chirps the eldest brother Richard.

“Rex! Don't open your mouth if no one talks to you,” scolds Richard's father firmly on his eldest son. Richard and his brother stared at each other and splashed the flames of hostility.

“Oh yes Father, this is my wife. We're married and I think my father and everyone here knows. We can't invite you here because the location we got married is very dangerous for all of you. Instead, it was us who came here.”

Kemala slightly bowed the sign of saluting and greeting his smiling father-in-law glad to see Kemala. Others put on a flat face without expression. Whether they didn't like it or how, no one could guess the look on the faces of these vampires. What seemed happy was only Salvataro, the father-in-law of Kemala himself.

“Welcome to our family my son, I hope you .. can be a part of us also someday.”

“No Father ...” Sela Richard fast. “Then it will remain human. He will not be a part of us. I'm not gonna let that happen.” The atmosphere that had been warm, suddenly turned tense. All the vampires looked at each other and didn't like what Richard had just said.

“Oey Richard! You realize what you've been saying, ha?” ask Rex who is directly emotional.

“I didn't bring Kemala here to be your meal! My arrival was to show that I was married and happy. From now on all of you here can also marry the female vampires of your choice. There's no barrier because those female vampires can't get close to me. We are united, my soul and my wife are united, and my love! You guys have no reason to judge me now,” Richard said without the slightest hesitation. Even his hand clasped tightly Kemala's hand prepared for the worst.
