Akbi is shocked to see Monika pull out a knife from inside her bag, and again threatens her. But this time Akbi did not want to fall back in the same hole repeatedly.

Monika was shocked by Akbi's reply. It wasn't as bad as usual but Akbi asked her to go to a psychiatrist instead.
