Second day in Medina. Stella and Azam went out for breakfast at 06:00, they met with other worshippers, they greeted each other and reprimanded each other.
“Mas, it's us real ya be here?” Stella.
“If you don't stop asking about it, can I kiss*m your lips right now?” Azam asked, he felt so anxious about the wife who kept asking him about it.
Stella also chuckled, very fond of the dejected look of the husband, “I'm sorry maas” he said ended with a slow pang of piety.
Azam and Stella chose to take a walk around the hotel to enjoy the morning view of the city of Medina while waiting for other pilgrims to gather. Because, they already have to be in the hotel lobby more or less when the clock has shown at 08.00 time around.
“Mas, our agenda is soon what?” Ask Stella. They walked hand in hand. Anyone may know that they are newlyweds.
“We will make a pilgrimage to the tomb that has existed since the days of jahiliyah, there are some sons and daughters of the Prophet Muhammad SAW buried. There were Ibrahim ibn Muhammad, Fatimah Az-Zahra, Zainab bint Muhammad, Umm Kulsum and Ruqayyah bint Muhammad. It is located next to the Nabawi Mosque.
Later after praying Isya, we will also make a pilgrimage to the tomb of Prophet Muhammad who is side by side with Raudhah. Where Raudhah is a place that is located between the room of the Prophet and also the pulpit of the Nabawi mosque. Do you remember when I told you one week ago, I said this is the one being hunted by Umrah pilgrims. Why is it like that? yes because Raudhah is one of the places that mustajabah”
Stella nodded her head, a sign that she understood what her husband was saying.
“By the way, it's 07:15, mas. Let's go back to hotel” Take Stella.
They finally returned to the hotel, climbed into their room for a while then prepared. At exactly 07:50, Azam and Stella arrived at the lobby.
At that time, Stella saw a mother in the same uniform as her was having trouble moving from the waiting room chair to the wheelchair.
“Mas, just go first. I want to go for a while, there's something” Stella said to her husband.
“Where are you, baby? Let me accompany ya” Azam replied. The man was afraid if Stella was stricken or what, or again what if he was too long until the group left and ended up with Azam who left alone?
“No mas, I just for a moment. There” said Stella while pointing at the mothers seen earlier.
Azam finally nodded, “Don't take long” he replied.
In fact, when Stella stepped foot towards the mothers, Azam did not immediately go to the group, the man chose to stay in place to see first what his wife would do after this.
“Let me help, bu” Stella said, extending her hand to the old woman, helping her to stand up and sit in her wheelchair.
“Mother alone?” Stella asked after the woman landed her bok*ng in a wheelchair.
“No son, my daughter-in-law is coming along but, I don't know where she is. He said he wanted to go for a while but, never came back. Thank you for helping. Call me Sri, my name is Sri. What's your name, son?” He said while introducing himself.
At that time Stella had encouraged the woman to come with her to the group, “My name is Stella, ma'am. I came along with my husband, he I asked to gather first earlier” He replied kindly.
Azam who saw that, his heart warmed. He immediately moved from his place earlier, following behind the wife who did not see him at all.
“You must be a very harmonious family. Do you have momongan?” Ask Sri.
“Yes, hopefully you will soon be given a baby. Mother actually really wants to have grandchildren but, what is the power of the mother-in-law is still not ready to get pregnant, she is afraid of her high-level career so degenerate” said bu Sri, the middle-aged woman was a little lethargic. Apparently he was disappointed by his son-in-law's decision to delay having a baby.
“Thank you for your prayer, hopefully your daughter-in-law Sri will also be given awayah” soon
“Those female characters are only three, son. Menstruation, childbirth and breastfeeding. The rest is not there. Women should not be able to cook, it can be done together with the husband. While dressing up, it is only to please the husband when at home. If you work, put your ego aside, son. Especially if your husband already wants a baby then, as much as possible do not postpone it. Rather than your husband looking for another woman to fulfill his wish”
Bu Sri said that with sadness and confusion. His voice trembled withstanding the cries, as if it was a true story.
“God willing Stella won't put it off, ma'am. It is incumbent upon Stella to fulfill Stella's obligation as a wife” Stella replied.
On the way, Azam continued to hear the conversation of two women from different generations in front of him.
There is a sense of pleasure for Agam when he heard the speech from Stella. Indirectly, the woman had already accepted him as the husband in full.
“Not only good in the world, may you also get the goodness of the Hereafter, dear. Yesterday you just went the wrong way, God willing I will trust to be a husband who can teach and remind you about the world and the hereafter Gumam Azam in his heart.
After arriving and gathering with the group, it turns out they met with Ms. Sri's daughter-in-law there.
“Why leave your in-laws alone, mom?” Stella asked Sri's daughter-in-law.
“You don't have to interfere with my problems. I just forget and get tired if I have to push him everywhere” said daughter-in-law Sri Ketus.
“Astaghfirullah hal’adzim. Forgive me before, not for the purpose of hounding you but, if you love your husband then, it is obligatory for you to love his parents as well. Perfect obedience is when you are able to do good and serve parents, as well as parents who have given birth to their soulmates.
In the book of Ash-Shahih also narrated that the Prophet said ‘Will I tell you about the greatest sin? viz. Who associate Allah SWT and disobey parents,..’. If you despise your in-laws, not only you but your husband will also become disobedient because he cannot prevent you. Blygd, mbak. It's not nice of you to behave like this with your parents” Stella said.
Stella could not stand the attitude of Sri's daughter-in-law like that. Stella has no parents, she only has her in-laws now.
“Don't lecture me like you're the most holy woman. If you feel that way then, just take my mother-in-law with you” replied Miss Sri.
Azam saw it all, there was a sense of pride in him with every word that came out of the lips of the wife. “Not in vain he learns every day” murmured. But, on the other hand Azam was not possible for him to be silent when his wife was treated badly.
“Darling, I'm looking for you. Let's go” Take Azam.
“But, maas...” Stella hung her words when she saw Azam's face that was so serious, not as warm as usual.
“Good. Take good care of Ms. Sri, I'm leaving. Assalamu’alaikum” Pamit Stella.
“Wa’alaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh” replied bu Sri, the middle-aged woman smiled with her own gaze. Honestly, in Stella's heart like she wanted to take Sri's mom with her.
“Enough with your kindness, dear. Don't get too involved in people's problems, let alone we don't know them. Instead of being grateful, I don't like that woman to demean my wife who has reminded her of her fellow Muslim” Azam said, breaking the silence between their ways.
