Opa David patted Selvi's shoulder and asked her.

"How are you? You're a little girl, if Opa hadn't called you you'd never have shown up." Opa David.

"I'm sorry Opa, my college schedule is a little congested. But I promise, if I have any free time I will accompany Opa immediately and accompany Opa." Reply Selvi.

"Good girl." Opa David.

At the same time, the waiter came and informed him that dinner was ready.

"Let's start dinner." Opa David.

They all walked together to the dining room. Seeing that there was a lot of food on the round table, Selvi smiled.

"Wow...." Selvi.

Seeing the smile on Selvi's face, made Opa David feel very satisfied.

"Little girl, Opa knows that you like all this." Opa David.

"Opa is the best." Selvi then turned her attention to Om James and Aunt Jessy. "Thank you, Auntie." Further.

"Come and sit down." Opa David.

Selvi used to sit next to Opa David, but since there was a man named Alex sitting there, she sat between Aunt Jessy and the man.

They all started eating, and Om James started asking Selvi one by one about his lectures. Selvi enthusiastically answered them one by one. Meanwhile, the whole time running, the man named Alex was just answering the question that Opa David had asked him.

Selvi did not know the man, so she did not pay much heed to him. But he felt that there was such a sharp gaze that was pointing at him.

He turned his gaze to the left and saw the man named Alex staring at him. Opa David noticed something and started talking.

"Alex, he's Selvi. Selvi Amanda's. He's the one Opa told you about. He's your fiance." Opa David.

As Selvi listened to Opa David's words, she almost choked. He coughed. Aunt Jessy quickly gave him water to drink and did not forget to wipe his back.

"Be careful." Opa David.

'This is all just a joke. This is impossible, isn't it?' selvi said in her heart.

Selvi then looked at the man's face. He admitted that the man did look handsome, but his attitude was so cold and arrogant. Even the look on his face seemed so cruel. Alex also looked much older than he was.

"Well, you're kidding me, right?" Selvi turned to look at Opa David.

"Of course not. You two have been married since you were born. Didn't Opa tell you before." Reply Opa David.

Then he continued speaking again.

"This is the promise Opa made with your late Oma first."

"But...." Selvi.

"Why?"

The man, Alexander looked at Selvi then his Opa and his mouth suddenly opened. He then looked at Selvi. His view was very intimidating for Selvi.

Alex doesn't like Selvi, and that's the only thing that comes into Alex's head. Of course Selvi doesn't like Alex either.

Hearing Alex's words, the smile on Opa David's face suddenly disappeared. Suddenly his face was disappointed.

"I don't like it."

Alex took the spoon out of his bowl and walked upstairs.

Alex looked at Selvi which made her feel nervous. The man was very scary for Selvi. His gaze was very frightening to Selvi.

Alex stood up and walked out.

"Alexes...." James called himself.

Alex stopped walking and asked without looking at his Papa.

"What do you want? Don't try to interfere in my life." Said Alex.

He then came out of the house. Selvi looked at Om James and Aunt Jessy, she felt sympathy for them both.

'That bastard! What exactly happened between them? Why did that man seem to hate his parents so much?' ask Selvi inwardly.

Selvi wanted to call Alex and scold him. But Om James stopped him and said, "Selvi, don't mind him. He's always been like that."

Seriate....
