“A Soul Saving artifact. This artifact seems to be a gift from General Barnard, and it is likely that the Dong Ma Empire still has other artifacts of similar use to this artifact.” Reinar said after he found an artifact in the cave.

Reinar then destroyed the artifact along with the thousands of Demon souls that were still in it. As soon as the artifact was destroyed, the entire Demon soul outside was also destroyed as the souls were connected to the artifact that stored the core of their souls.

When the artifact contains the core of their soul is destroyed, of course the souls will also be destroyed because they no longer have the core of the soul.
