Three days had passed after the naming of the city, and the refugees from the Caracal Empire had officially become the new residents of the Sky Dragon city.
Even though they are from the half-demon human race, they look like humans in general, what distinguishes them from humans is the color of their red pupils.
Reinar thought he would summon Lyon and make him the leader of the half-demon human race that existed in the Sky Dragon city. But as Lyon are levelling up alongside Argust and the others, he postponed his plans for a while.

“Master, there is a large movement of soldiers of the central Arkana Empire towards the city of Touloun.” Said Rhea.
Reinar was puzzled to hear what Rhea said. “How did you know there were Imperial warriors moving towards the city of Touloun?.” Ask curiously.
Rhea smiled and replied. “Master, I've installed some remote crystal recorders in the forest surrounding the city of Touloun. Those crystals can send a picture of the incident directly, and only I can see it.” Rhea prides herself.
“Not that it looks like a CCTV camera?.” Inner Reinar. “Who is leading the movement of the soldiers of the Arkana Empire?.” Reinar asked with a serious expression.
“There was a General who led them, but the Crown Prince of the Arkana Empire himself who became their main leader.” Rhea answered while closing her eyes.
“Attracting.” Said Reinar and momentarily fell silent. “I'll see, what he'll do in my city.” Reinar continued to show his cruel grin.
Reinar glanced at Rhea. “Rhea, you're coming with me to the city of Touloun. We only go for some time and not for long, so there is no need to tell Freya and Helena who are watching the borders of the Caracal Empire.” Said Reinar who of course immediately welcomed Rhea's happy smile because she would go alone with Reinar.

The city fortress was heavily guarded by five thousand city security soldiers directly led by Karel, as the strongest of the three nobles who inhabited the city of Touloun.
Serena and Scarla were also on the fort along with the 20 men they had brought from Babylon, sinister smiles adorned Serena and Scarla's lips as they looked at the thousand Imperial soldiers standing outside the city fortress of Touloun.

“What you guys forgot about us both.” Said Takai and Matoi who suddenly appeared beside Serena and Scarla.
The two women smilingly looked at the two men who were quite familiar with them while in the city of Babylon. “If you guys follow, they will run out faster.” Said Scarla who knew very well the power of the twins who were nearby.
Takai and Matoi shook their heads. “It is precisely you who are more terrible than us.” Takai.
“I have never even tortured to the point of dismembering them until they become very small pieces.” Matoi shuddered in horror as she recalled Serena and Scarla's behavior towards their enemies.

Many of the Touloun city warriors above the fortress were holding back laughter upon hearing what the Crown Prince said, but not a few of the soldiers were laughing heartily at the arrogant words of the Crown Prince of the Arkana Empire.
The Crown Prince's face darkened hearing the laughter of the Touloun city warriors. “All of you, attack and destroy the city. They are only superior in numbers, but their strength is far below our strength.”
A thousand soldiers advanced under the leadership of a General. As for the Crown Prince, he was standing at the very back row together not the one who would keep his safety.
The general sensed the oddity as the soldier standing in the city fortress of Touloun did not attack his soldiers who were moving closer to the city fortress. Sensing the strangeness, the General stopped the movement of his soldiers and looked around, including looking at the back.
How surprised the General was when he saw thousands of hardened soldiers besieging him from all directions. “It's a trap.” Shouted the General.
“You are too late to realize it.” Reinar said loudly and can be heard by thousands of people around him.

The explosion of various types of skills thrown by the soldiers under the leadership of Reinar, succeeded in subverting more than half of the Empire's soldiers.
