Chapter 9 - They've come to target you
“This is the country of Blueland the northernmost region in the continent of Aizolica,” replied the woman.

“Blueland..?” Artemis said inwardly, surprised at the woman's words.
“Because of the technique of the Vampireman, I got down to this place.”

“You seem to be human? How did you get to this place?” Ask the girl.
“Sorry if I surprise you all here. I'm actually from Lightio. I was suddenly here because of the technique of the Vampireman I was fighting,” replied Artemis.
“By the way they previously referred to you as Your Majesty.. Is it possible that you are Lorraine Noroh, the queen of this country?” Artemis continued, asking.
“Iya, I am from this country,” replied the woman.
“Yes, if I could anything I could go now.. I can't linger here, my daughter is being targeted by the Vampireman.” Artemis then pleaded with the queen of the Blueland country to let her go.
“Please, I cannot hinder a mother who wants to protect her daughter.” The woman named Lorraine immediately allowed Artemis to leave the place.
“Thank you for your kindness Your Excellency.” Artemis thanked him and hurried away from the place.
“If I may know, what is your name?” Artemis had just walked a few steps, the woman asked the woman.
“Artemis Hairoll..”.
“Artemis, I hope we can meet again in the future,” said the woman.
“Good Your Majesty, I hope so too,” reply Artemis.
The woman then flew away at high speed leaving the place.

“Kakak…! Where are you..?!” Rayvor shouted to Megathirio.
“Haah... Where is he?” The young man muttered, worried about not seeing Megathirio after a night of walking through the forest.
“Eh..?” Rayvor who was walking without direction immediately saw his father, Lucierence had been leaned against a tree and was unconscious.
“Dad..!” He quickly approached his father.
“Dad...Wake up..” Frantically Rayvor tried to resuscitate his father, who was never conscious.

“Uh...” Until a while later Lucierence finally realized.
“Rayvor..” The man seemed surprised to see his son was in front of him.
“Dad, how are you doing? And why are you like this? Where's aunty? Aren't you guys going to stop the enemy invading this region?” Rayvor said with one breath throwing some questions at his father.
“I'm fine, don't worry,” Lucierence replied.
“All right you said…? Old man, even if you've just met you now, but I'm sure you've probably been unconscious all night. I even previously planned to resuscitate you with a shock attack if you do not get up too,” said Rayvor slightly snapped at his father because he saw the state of the man who did not match what he said.
“Iya-iya is up to you,” Lucierence said.
“Then what about Aunt Artemis? Why isn't he here?” Rayvor asked once again as some of his questions had not been answered by the man.
“Aunt Artemis went missing somewhere after receiving a technique launched by the Vampireman, which we fought last night. I lost because I had to fight two Continent Venerate at once,” Lucierence replied explaining why it was the way it is now.
Rayvor was surprised and could not say anything after hearing the explanation from his father.
“Rayvor, I want you to go now to the village, and under Zchaira meet our people,” Lucierence said.
“How can I arrive on time? Those Vampiremans will probably get there first before I get to.”
“You must use projection wings in order to move faster than them.”
“But, I still can't master that technique,” said Rayvor seemed hesitant to do the technique said by Lucierence.
“Rayvor, you can do it, concentrate on focusing your magic energy on your back, and think about that your cousin is in danger right now Lucierence convinced him not to hesitate to do the technique.
Before long the magic energy from the young man gushed out and gathered behind his back forming a wing.
“I succeeded dad..” Said Rayvor looking happy finally managed to use the technique.
“Dad, how about you?” Ask the young man.
“Don't worry about me. It will take some time for my strength to recover..I will still catch up with you later,” Lucierence replied.
“Alright then, I go first.” Rayvor instantly flew at high speed leaving Lucierence alone at that spot.

In a cave, Megathirio is seen waking up after previously falling from a height.
“You...” The young man was immediately shocked to keep his distance when he saw the girl he had met all night, being near him.
“I'm sorry for what I did last night. I was surprised to suddenly meet someone in the middle of the forest,” said the girl.
“You think I'm not surprised to see a girl either. I thought you were a forest spirit before, just look at your skin color,” Megathirio replied.
“But wait a minute, it looks like I know this feature of you.” Suddenly the young man seemed to recognize the appearance of the girl.
He slowly approached and held the girl's face while watching her closely.
“You're a Vampireman right?” Megathirio asked with a serious facial expression.
“What..?” The girl was shocked to hear a question from Megathirio.
He immediately removed the young man's hand from his hand and ran away from him.
“Fulmine sillabare..” Megathirio instantly launches a lightning element attack seeing the girl escape from it.
“Akh..!” The attack was suddenly received to make him sprawled and unconscious at that time.

Return to Rayvor who is on his way to the village. As it flew off at high speed, suddenly the young man passed through the group of Vampireman and Bridgehunts clan, who also had the same goal as him.
“That must be them. Shit, I have to get there fast,” said Rayvor.

“Who is the child?” Silvan asked, instantly seeing Rayvor fly past them.
“Dad, I go first,” Without a second thought, Joker, the son of the Vampireman immediately flew into the sky following Rayvor.

After arriving at the village Rayvor then approached Timonar in a hurry.
“Hey what's wrong with you?” Ask Timonar.
“My father and Aunt Artemis have been defeated.The Vampireman is also near, I just saw them, about ten kilometers from this place,” replied the young man.
“What…? We have to get ready soon.” Timonar was immediately shocked to hear the information from the young man.
“Hey, why with you?” Suddenly Zchaira came to Rayvor and asked the young man.
“Luckily you're here. Quickly come with me now.” Rayvor immediately pulled Zchaira's hand and led her to leave the place.
“Everything..Prepare yourself. The Vampirmans and the Bridgehunts clan are close,” Timonar told residents.

“Already come with me,” said Rayvor.
“Wait a minute...Tell me first, actually where are we going?” An upset Zchaira immediately brushed off the young man's hand, until his grip was off the girl.
“You want to know the truth?” Rayvor held onto both of the girl's shoulders and stared at her.
“Part of those attackers are the Vampireman race. They actually came here to target you.”.
