Chapter 6 - Attacking the attackers
“What's sister? Why should I stay away from them? What do you want to talk about?” Ask Lucierence.
“Lucierence, the troops who attacked this inland region, not just the members of the Birdgehunts clan. They also came with the Vampireman race,” replied Artemis.
“What...? Vampireman you said..?” Hearing the question from Artemis instantly made the man become shocked.
“Kakak, I told you we should take Zchaira as soon as possible from this place,” the man continued.
However, Artemis seemed not to respond to the words of Lucierence and seemed to be thinking of something.

“How is this? I had to hide my daughter from them, but on the other hand what about the hinterlands. They were worried that they would be attacked by those mixed races if I wasn't with them,” Artemis muttered inwardly, feeling a dilemma to make her choice.

A short while later, the two of them approached Timonar along with a few citizens who had prepared to go against the enemy invading their territory.
“Artemis, we will meet the attackers before they reach our village. Don't worry, you can take Zchaira to a safer place,” Timonar said, as he saw Artemis and Lucierence coming to him.
“No sir Timonar, only me and Lucierence will go to meet them.” However, Artemis rejected the village elder.
“But Artemis..”.
“Mr Lucierence, please convince him to go hide Zchaira. The Vampireans must be after Zchaira.” Timonar begs Lucierence to convince her to take her daughter away.
“Master, I actually convinced him, but brother Artemis won't leave you here. He is worried that you will be attacked by them later,” Lucierence said.

A few kilometers in the forest, members of the Bridgehunts clan and the Vampireman made their way to the village where Zchaira lived.

All the members of the Bridgehunts clan as well as the Vampiremans instantly moved away from the magic circle created by Artemis after the shout from Hayliver.
