Uggy was in her study with her sister. As for Kimberly, she was already clean by using other clothes.

After giving punishment to the people who had already hurt her younger sister, Uggy told Rio, her assistant to buy Kimberly new clothes so that her younger sister could change her uniform with regular clothes.
