Time's Up

Time's Up
Chapter 5 - Uninvited Guest

"Happy birthday Ren, more handsome aunty, a little girl" said a middle-aged woman.

Salaman by salaman channeled spontaneously, male women, old young, aunt om, grandparents, cousins, even ponakan? I thought he was my cousin's sister but he was a ponakan? The little girl named Ira was a straight black-clad girl who had just greeted me and congratulated me by calling me om. I thought it was too young to be called.

At first I thought the girls in this house were bothering me as usual. But after I asked the reason why Ira called me mama, why did I just find out? Considering Ira rarely plays at home because of her parents' considerable distant service, and once she meets she doesn't seem to call me, it's only natural that I just found out.

"Ira, how do you call me?" I asked the little girl who was busy eating a birthday cake. Hearing my question he just stared confusedly at everyone around him.

"You, don't bother Ira" said Keo, hitting me softly.

The cake-cutting event took place 5 minutes ago, and all the invitations were enjoying all the dishes that had been prepared. I picked up a little birthday cake because I didn't like sweet things. Especially when viewed from the shape of my birthday cake it looks very sweet. Looks like they all purposely made you take a little piece of my own birthday cake.

"Now it's Farah and Tomi's turn." Aunt Lina started bringing this show. The ability of the MC I never doubted after once you cross paths at my friend's wedding which turned out their MC was none other than my aunt. And whomever name he called this time, they should come and sing along.

The party passed like a family party in general. And the peak is just about to begin. The last name-calls for me, bang Ewo, and bang Oni displacing some of the audience who began to forget the small mound in front was a small stage. Some band equipment came out immediately. Yes, of course, the band's show is a little wild in the middle of a sweet and festive family event. Let's see how everyone responds.

Akh .. bruk

"Renn.." Mama screamed loudly to see me suddenly fall.

"Oh my goodness Ren!"

"Eh, Ren Ren Ren."

Everyone gathered, these eyes looking at them one by one.

"Let's take it to Dalem."

...**...

"Well, what's your name?" Someone stood before me many times asking the same thing. His face was closed making me try to look at him more deeply.

"This is the umpteenth time, there's no way you've forgotten your own name, so, what's your name?" ask him again, which I replied with silence. I asked him a few times before he started asking me a few times what kind of place is this? Why am I here? Whose guy is this? But none of them were answered maybe even listened to. Hand busy with a ... paper? The tab? What kind of time is this really? Am I time travel? Seeing how the paper displayed different writing and images with just one blink of an eye did-maybe.

I watched him play with the paper or the tab. He held it with his right hand and without touching it several times the appearance of the object changed. I'm sure it's paper .. or maybe it's just the outer layer? I watched it several times as if every time he blinked, the paper changed its appearance automatically. Was there a special button he put in his eyes?

"Sorry sir, can I know where I am at the moment?" ask me for the umpteenth time until I become adept at saying it very politely. But again he was silent. That's what happened some time ago before he finally approached and began to wonder about my name.

"Have it," he said in a tone that hasn't even changed since leaving me alone in .. I don't think this is a room, but it's too wide that I can't see the corners.

"So, Renaldi, right?" I think the question will be the same, it turns out he's smarter like him.

"Yes" I replied briefly. "May I know where this is?" I asked the same thing to different people.

"You are in the safest and most peaceful place," he replied with a warm smile that puzzled me. Be safe? Of peace? I feel foreign at this time.

"How am I supposed to be here?"

"Your age is 20?" answer with another statement.

"Yes." Yeah." I glanced to the left like something was passing by. "Then how can I be here?"

"All the self-data is appropriate, then wait for yes," he replied and left me with an expressionless blank face. I don't think of anything, I don't feel anything.

"What the fuck?" I muttered seeing all that.

Scroll all over this room. There is no clock here. But this room is like it has no walls, of course, no clock. Let's try to remember what happened before I ended up trapped in the room and this strange feeling. I focused myself as best I could, but not a single memory I managed to achieve. Where are all my memories? It can't be all just gone, right?

"Did I live just to remember my name, my age, my personal data?"

Another suddenly appeared, and he was the same person as the first to ask my name. It's back. Now his face is calmer, I think he's mentally prepared out there. He approached me and began to read out rules that I did not understand at all what they were.

It took him some time to finish and when he finished he ended it with the question "Do you understand?" which I only answered with a small frown between my two slightly raised eyebrows.

"What rules are they?" I hope this time he answers.

"It's not a rule, it's a rule that's definitely going on."

"I'm sorry, since I asked something and an answer that I could not understand at all, before he said this place is the safest and most peaceful place, now that you're saying everything you read is a definite condition, what does that mean?" I asked at length who only responded with a warm smile that he was trying to show even though it finally looked a little strange.

"What does it mean to me to wait? What am I supposed to wait for?" I am increasingly accepting unfair treatment.

"And this room has no corner? Isn't this a room?" I almost made him laugh.

"True, this place is the safest and most peaceful place, all I read is that the provisions are true, because that's what happened here, that's what happened here, until now it has never deviated and it makes everything neatly arranged," he explained which did not explain this puzzle at all.

"When the time comes, you'll understand everything." Then he left.
