Time Slip: The Xiao Lu
Persuading the Sulking Bear

Xiao Lu and Mao were now in the courtyard of Prince Chen's residence. From this they could see if Prince Jing and the princesses and Consorts Mei and Consort Yin were persuading Prince Chen to open the door.

Xiao Lu exhaled softly. He did not expect that his cute Prince would sulk like this. He stepped his foot followed by Mao.

"Good day," Xiao Lu said, making those who had been persuading Prince Chen turn their heads and look at Xiao Lu sparkle.

"Lu'er!" Say them simultaneously.

Xiao Lu only smiled faintly looking at the twinkle in the eyes of all of them. He shook his head slowly with the behavior of his childish fiancee.

"Let Lu'er persuade Chen-Chen, Mother." Xiao Lu said to Consort Mei who was replied with a nod.

They all walked away from the door letting Xiao Lu approach the door to persuade Prince Chen. Xiao Lu knocked slowly on the door of Prince Chen's room.

"Chen-Chen, this is Lulu. Come out." Xiao Lu said softly.

Before long, they heard the sound of hasty footsteps from behind the door. The door was opened featuring a handsome young man with swollen eyes and a reddened nose.

"Lu-lu," said Prince Chen trembling and directly smashed into Xiao Lu's tiny body with his warm embrace.

Xiao Lu returned the embrace and gently rubbed the back of Prince Chen who was still trembling with tears. Concubine Mei and the others heaved a sigh of relief as Prince Chen walked out.

"Not crying anymore. Lulu's already here." Xiao Lu said softly.

"But Lulu's hix yesterday's hix didn't come-da-tang hix,"

"I'm sorry Lulu. Yesterday Lulu had a stomachache so couldn't come." Said Xiao Lu of origin. He may answer honestly if he is slaughtering a group of bandits who are troubling residents at the border because of the less strict guard. The cute prince could be scared.

Prince Chen released his embrace and cupped Xiao Lu's little face. He looked worriedly and glazed at Xiao Lu.

"Lulu, sick?" Ask worried.

"It is no longer," Xiao Lu replied with a wide smile so that Prince Chen would not be anxious anymore.

"Why hm?" Ask Xiao Lu.

"Chen was hungry" his curry made everyone laugh because of it. Especially with the hand that shook Xiao's hand that was held by him.

"Aigoo~ turns out my little bear prince is hungry, eoh?" Xiao Lu asked while chuckling.

Prince Chen nodded his head in spirit while smiling widely. Everyone just laughed at seeing it.

"alright. Lulu will cook a special meal for Lulu's beloved," said Xiao Lu who was immediately fertilized by a cheerful screech from Prince Chen.

"Lu'er can cook?" Concubine Mei asked curiously as well as everyone who was now staring at Xiao Lu was curious.

"Of course mom. Lu'er is a woman. So Lu'er should be able to cook in order to cook healthy food for Lu'er's husband and children later," Xiao Lu replied in awe.

Concubine Mei smiled broadly upon hearing the words of her future daughter-in-law. He did not choose the wrong candidate. He really felt lucky to get a prospective son-in-law like Xiao Lu.

"Tell me to cook too!" The unison speech of the three princesses made everyone again chuckle.

"Of course, jie jie. This sweet lady will be your cooking teacher" Xiao Lu said.

"I want to too!" Say someone behind them.

They turned around and they could see the Crown Princess, Liu Anming who had now turned into a wide smile while walking up to them.

"I want to learn, too, teacher!" Added.

"Yes. Teach us, teacher!" The three princesses returned.

"Haha of course. This teacher will teach you, beautiful ladies," Xiao Lu replied to the happy screeches of the four girls and the naughtiness of Prince Jung, Consort Mei, Consort Yin, Mao and their servants. While Prince Chen just stared at them innocently like a child trapped around adults.
