Too Late to realize LOVE
Chapter 3

The pale and weak face turned out to be just a charade, Clara could sit up nicely and smile sarcastically welcoming Kirana's arrival. 

"It turns out you're a little smarter than I thought, you can figure things out faster. But unfortunately your stupidity is greater, the proof so far the love that you are glorifying is not able to make you happy, Reyhan still never loved you. And now that you see for yourself, who does Reyhan care more about? You or me?"

"Don't be overconfident, maybe Reyhan doesn't know whose love is more sincere yet" said Kirana, looking calm.

"Hahaha, if Reyhan cares about you, he will never ask you to give his blood to me, when your condition hurts, look at your face paler than a corpse. Your love for Reyhan turned out to make you a very stupid Kirana." ridiculed Clara. The woman could not believe Kirana was so weak in front of Reyhan.

"Clara, maybe you're right, I'm stupid for love. But I'm sure Reyhan will gradually find out that the love I gave him was sincere. Then what if Reyhan finds out that his lover is a woman of matre, and all his love has been nothing more than a charade?" Guess if she still wants to see your face?" 

Kirana recalled the incident five years ago, at a Flower Cafe. Kirana asks Clara to meet her. Kirana wants to test Clara's love for Reyhan by offering her a billion dollars to leave or choose Reyhan. Kirana's guess didn't miss. The woman chose a billion dollars and promised to leave Reyhan. 

However, today Kirana knew that the woman had reneged on a promise, it turned out that she had not really left. Clara is still a cunning woman who can break the oath at any time. The woman still wants to disrupt her household by taking advantage of Reyhan's feelings of still loving her. 

 "I'm sure Reyhan will gradually realize that sincere love is more comfortable than false love" Kirana said. "Look, in a month I'll get Reyhan's love, my husband and I will be happy together, and maybe then there will be no gap for a third person to come in and ruin everything.

"Hahaha, Kirana, Kirana …." Clara laughed as she patted her forehead, shaking her head slowly.  "You are other than stupid, plain! You think Reyhan's sticking with you until now it's for love! No Kirana! Reihan all this time just make use of your wealth, without all the treasures you have, Reyhan will not be willing to live in one house with a woman like you."

"Why can you be so sure?" ask Kirana.

"Reyhan told me everything, after one month, he'll make me CEO of the company you two should be managing. Imagine that! I'll always hang out with him at the company." 

"What!?" Kirana couldn't believe it, her mouth was gaping, her body was flowing, her face was getting pale. As much as possible this young pregnant woman to remain standing as firmly as her current position.  

One month is the time Kirana asks Reyhan before the time of divorce, Kirana hopes to make good use of the time to get Reyhan's love. But the reality she heard just broke her spirit to reach for her husband's love. Kirana's disappointment deepens, disbelieving Reyhan so quickly tells Clara everything and devises a plan for the two of them. 

Kirana recalls the beginning of their marriage, Atmaja is very happy, Kirana can be paired with a loved man, a man who is handsome and has the ability to manage business very well is his dream son-in-law.

 Atmaja believes Reyhan and Kirana will be happier in sailing the household ark after gaining great trust from Atmaja. One of them is by giving up the company and its subsidiaries. Considering Atmaja is also not young anymore, who else is the heir to the throne if not the husband of Kirana, his only son-in-law.

"You must be surprised, why Reyhan told me everything, right! Here you must have understood, who is the woman loved by Reyhan," said Clara smiling triumphantly. 

Kirana closed her eyes to hear all the truth that Clara said, holding her heart back so that the point of tears did not fall on her cheeks. 

Kirana still can't believe Reyhan will tell Clara everything so soon. It seems like the hard work to get Reyhan's love all this time was in vain. Unrelenting, Reyhan continued to hurt her both inside and out. 

"Why silence?" Shocked, I know everything?" Once again Clara smiled triumphantly. 

Kirana was silent with an empty look. Lying if Clara's words just made her stay good and have no effect on her.

"Oh, yes. With you here I'm gonna put on a big show, just see what Reyhan's gonna do after this show." The woman got out of bed, took the hot water that happened to be on the nightstand, she had wanted to brew tea with the hot water, but Clara's plan changed. Clara took the hot water and flushed it into her own body. 

"Clarah! You are crazy!" Kirana can't believe she's doing anything extreme to fool everyone and make Reyhan sympathize more. 

"Look at what's going to happen." With a smile Clara then shouted as if she was the victim of an atrocity.

 " Aaaaaa, Tolooong!  Forgive Kirana! Please don't hurt me hiks .. hiks …." Clara quickly turned her expression into fear, and her hands protected her face while kneeling before Kirana, as if Kirana had poured water over her face. 

"Clar!" Door opens. Reihan entered quickly as soon as he heard shouts from the ward, where Clara was being treated. 

Kirana was silent with a blank look. Seeing how much Reyhan panicked if the one who experienced it all was Clara.

"Reyhan help me, don't leave me alone, I'm afraid of Reihan." Clara hugged Reihan's waist in fear, her wet hair and clothes she let fall apart.

Kirana shakes. "I didn't do it all Rey." 

Kirana still could not believe it turned out that Clara was determined to make Reyhan believe and sympathize.

"You! I'll make a calculation after this" Reyhan brought his index finger closer to Kinara's face with a murderous look.

Kinara already knew Reyhan would definitely be more confident with Clara's acting like a professional artist. 

It feels free if you argue now, there Clara will be happier to get a free show. 

Reyhan guides Clara back to sit on the bed, Reyhan takes a towel to dry Clara's hair, all Reyhan does is full of tenderness in front of Kirana.

Kirana shed tears, seeing how much attention and trust Reyhan had given Clara.

The shadow of Atmaja who so loved Reyhan again flashed, Atmaja handed over all the power of attorney of ownership of the company without any doubt. One by one the important documents were signed by Reyhan, Reyhan is the rightful owner of all companies.

"I want to go home." 

"Go home, you're no longer needed." 

"Take me home." 

"Let Niko be inter."

"Rey …." Kirana gripped Reyhan's sturdy arm. Reyhan brushes Kirana and calls the nurse to replace Clara's clothes. The nurse came with a change of clothes for the patient.

Reyhan came out followed by Kirana behind him. They walked along the hospital corridor.

Reyhan and Kirana arrive at the parking lot, Reihan immediately unlocks the remote and lets Kirana open the door herself. Reyhan quickly sat in front of the steering wheel and started the engine.

Along the way Kirana never once looked at Reyhan, Kirana's gaze was fixed on a small merchant on the side of the road that he thought was more interesting to see. 

Arriving in front of their house, Kirana immediately went down. Reyhan turned the wheel quickly and was seen returning to the hospital. Kirana knows Reyhan will definitely accompany her lover. 

Arriving at Reyhan's hospital soon to see the Doctor in his private room, Niko gets the task of looking after Clara.

Reyhan was asked to sit by the Doctor, Reyhan sat quietly and asked about the stab wound experienced by his lover.

"The wound form of your lover is small, and not too deep, the doctor's team indicates that this wound was intentional for attempted suicide. If this is murder, maybe now your lover has died because his kidney has been torn"

"You mean these stab wounds were done by the victim himself." Reyhan asked to clarify what the Doctor had just said.

"Yes, Mr. Rey." Doctor nodded. 

Hearing a brief explanation from the doctor, this was the first time Reyhan felt guilty for accusing Kirana without proof.

In the middle of the night Kirana came to Reyhan's room, she was relieved to see her husband fall asleep in bed, Kirana had thought Reyhan would accompany Clara in the hospital until morning.

 Kirana's gonna sleep with Reyhan tonight. It could be all this also the desire of the little one in his womb. 

Kirana slept next to Reyhan and hugged her husband. There was a bit of peace Kirana felt while doing everything. 

Without Kirana knowing that she had dropped her medicine bottle from her pajama pocket last night. 

In the morning Kirana woke up soon, she prepared her favorite warm tea and seafood fried rice.

Reyhan took the small bottle and hid it in the drawer.

Before long Kirana's cooking was ripe, Reyhan ate Kirana cuisine that he thought was very good, not inferior to seafood restaurants out there. After eating Reyhan returned to see the doctor at hospital X. 

The doctor and Reyhan meet again. Reyhan showed me the little bottle that was found last night."Doctor, will you please find out what this drug is?" 

The doctor took it from Reyhan's hand and observed it with jelly. Such a medicine was no stranger to him."Where did you find him?" Ask Doctor.

"I found it in my wife's pocket" Reyhan replied honestly.

"Your wife is not okay, sir. He has advanced cancer."

"Doctor are you wrong?" Reyhan was surprised by the doctor's words. 

The doctor smiled seeing the doubt in Reyhan's eyes, forced him to repeat his sentence. "This time I can't be wrong, sir."

Arriving at Reyhan's house immediately wanted to ask Kirana about her illness. Seeing Kirana was still busy Reyhan chose to ask her later.

Secretly Reyhan looked at Kirana from his study, his wife looking pale, though the woman tried to cover up with a slight polish on her face. 

Reyhan does not believe Kirana has contracted a malignant disease and hides this harsh reality from her.
