"Doctor what happened to him?" Reyhan asked the doctor after examining Kirana.

"Your wife fainted because she was anemic" the doctor replied, lowering the stethoscope from her ear to her neck.

"Anemia, Doctor?" Reyhan looked at Kirana with a regretful face.
