After a while later Emperor Nathan let go of his kiss and Laura opened her eyes to her surprise she saw Emperor Nathan looking at her warmly.

Hearing that Emperor Nathan had given her permission to ask directly made Laura feel no more nervous. Although his heart was currently still beating fast.
