At the door of Elizabeth's ministry, the middle-aged woman welcomed the arrival of the two as usual, "Good night, sir, Miss Elizabeth is in her room" she told Lucas.
"Mmmmm" nods Lucas first toward Elizabeth's room. Then knock it first before he and Marisa enter the room. As soon as he got the answer, Lucas pushed him straight away.
Chequek!
"Have you come?" Elisabet saw Lucas and Marisa walking towards him, then he smiled happily.
"Mrs Sabet, are you okay?" lucas asked, holding both hands. He saw the grandmother lying limp on the bed making him feel sad.
"I'm fine Lucas. Thank you for bringing her here, she's so sweet. Come here" he told Marisa.
"Mmmmm" Marisa nodded toward Elizabeth's bed. He sat there, then glanced at Lucas who was in front of him, but he even misbehaved, even the two cheeks Marisa blushing made Lucas and Elisabet smile. "Oh my God, what's wrong with me?" marisa shouted inwardly feeling very embarrassed.
"Marisa" call Elisabet.
"Yes madam?".
"I want you to get married to Lucas..
"What?" surprised Marisa cut off the words of Elisabet. "Ah, forgive me madam".
"It's okay. I know it's too rushed, but I want before I die, I want to see Lucas get married. Can you please follow my request?".
Marisa fell silent, she glanced at Lucas again. But Lucas did not say a word, preferring silence. "I'm actually very happy to hear this. But me and Mr. Lucas are just a contract. Then what am I supposed to do? he is an old man, there's no way I'm lying to him" Marisa's inner self.
"Why are you quiet?" ask Elisabeth to see it. "Are you not ready? trust me Lucas will make you live a happy life before.." hang Elisabet saw Lucas who just kept quiet. "Don't worry, even if you don't get Mateo's inheritance, you still have my Lucas' legacy" said Elisabet, a concern he knew from the look on Lucas's face.
Lucas let out a heavy sigh, "Grandma's better back. I'm sure Grandpa must have been very happy after he found out that Grandma was alive".
"No Lucas, I won't be able to go back to your grandfather".
"Are you going to live like this? even I can't be there when you get sick" Lucas' eyes glazed over. "I beg you to come back, and please forgive grandfather".
"Can't be Lucas. How many times do I have to tell you?".
"Ah" Lucas wiped his tears. "I'm sorry, I said that because I was afraid of losing you" Lucas replied straight out of the room. While Marisa who was still in the room was confused by what she had just heard.
"It's okay. Lucas would always say that every time he heard me get sick. You must be curious".
"No" Marisa smiled.
"Actually, in 1970, Mateo and I had a very big fight because the factory I was leading at that time suddenly had a fire until the factory was scorched because the accuracy of the fire occurred right at night. Though the factory itself that has been struggling to build it.
And in the end I decided to leave Mateo and my two children, Harry his father Lucas and Vina his mother Dilan. But when I left the house, all I cried was Harry".
When she was sad, Marisa held Elizabeth's hands together, "Till Mateo and Vina didn't know I was alive" Elizabeth looked at Marisa. "I also hope that one day, you will never leave Lucas. His life was already too heavy, what Harry felt his son felt too".
"Mmmmm, I promise I'll never leave Lucas".
"Thank you" hugged Elisabet at Marisa's body with affection.
.
As Elisabet said yesterday, Marisa and Lucas' relationship seems to be improving a bit even though Lucas still looks flat on him sometimes.
"Marisa" call Flora.
"Yes Ra. Can I help you?".
"Mr Lucas is in the room. I want to give you this".
"Wait a minute, Ra" Marisa called Lucas. But no answer from her made Marisa knock on Lucas' door. "Master..
Chequek!
Lucas opens the door to his room, "You're with me" and pulls Lucas away from Flora.
"Sir what's wrong?" ask Marisa.
"Elisabet in the hospital".
"What?" surprised Marisa.
"Mmmmm" muttered Lucas into the elevator. While Flora who was still standing there was confused by what she had just seen. As soon as the elevator doors opened, Lucas ran to his car, "Come on the hunt".
"Yes sir" answered Marisa. Afterwards Lucas runs his car leaving the company for the hospital where Elisabet is being treated. Then Marisa glanced at Lucas, she saw his face filled with worry. "It's okay, I'm sure Miss Elizabeth must be fine sir".
Upon arriving at the hospital, Lucas and Marisa ran into Elisabet's room. "Mrs Elisabet" call Lucas. "Mrs Elisabet" call Lucas back. But there was no answer from the owner of the name, then Lucas saw the doctor who stood there. "Dok, what's wrong with him? stenciled.. Ah" Lucas suddenly felt dizzy.
"Sir" was shocked Marisa held back her body, "Master is fine?".
Lucas pinched his forehead, "I'm fine" he replied back to his feet. Then he saw the doctor come back, "Hurry and tell me, what happened to him?".
"Weight I have to tell you, this is already our secret with him".
"What?" surprised Lucas clenched his hand.
"I hope you calm down. Let's talk in my room" the doctor told him. Lucas followed him from behind, and Marisa saw Elisabet lying limp on the bed touching his hand.
"I hope you're okay, Miss Elisabet. If Mr. Lucas loses you, I don't know what kind of pain he'll feel" Lucas will soon be back in the room. "Master, what did the doctor say?".
Lucas sat down beside Elizabeth, clasping her hand fondly, "He's up to a disease that can't be cured with pills other than he's staying in this hospital".
"I mean sir?".
"Mmmmm, he's a stage 3 xx kangker" Lucas replied. "It's all my fault, I already know that she lives alone but I can't give her more attention".
Marisa was touched, she could also feel the sadness that Lucas felt. "Don't blame yourself like this sir, Elizabeth's mistress could be angry if she heard it, just trust that everything will be fine. Because I'm sure Elisabet's mistress will definitely be able to fight her illness".
"Ah. huh.." Lucas raised his head to look at the face of Elizabeth who was still closing her eyes. "You said he'd be okay? you believe that?".
"Mmmmm, I'm sure Lady Elizabeth is able to fight her illness as long as Mr. Lucas always supports her" Marisa said.
