Inside his room Jose stood up, he stared out while thinking of the person who had once stopped in Raniya's life, "Who is that man? why does Raniya seem to love her so much? do I know him? but how could I know him? all this time he was in L.A" Jose sighed, thinking about it made his head dizzy.

"Who?" tanyakanya.

"Your lord, I brought some reports".

"Mmmm, just put it there".

Then Jose pulled out his phone, he immediately dialed Lucas' number in the office, "What are you doing, Lucas? can we meet at cafe xx?".

"What did you ask me to meet?".

"I can't talk about this over the phone, I'm waiting for you there" Jose turned off his phone, and he went out to the cafe he was talking about. But when he came out, he saw Marisa and Raniya were chatting in front of the nurse's room making him stop his steps. "What are you guys talking about?".

"No, we're having a casual conversation" Raniya replied. "If so I go first" he told Marisa.

"Iya doc" nods Marisa. Then he saw Jose standing next to him while watching Raniya's back which had moved away from them. "Spirit!".

Jose looked at her, then returned Marisa's smile. "Thank you".

"Mmmmm" Jose went straight from before him. "He's no different from Mr. Lucas about good looks, it's lucky that doctor Raniya is loved by a man like him, I'm so envious".

When Jose got there, he ordered two fresh drinks for him and Lucas. Not waiting any longer, he saw Lucas pushing the door making him smile, "Here bro" his lamba.

Lucas walked over, and he sat down in front of Jose, "What are you here calling me?".

"You drink first, I ordered it".

"Thank you" Lucas drank it.

"Raniya postponed our marriage" said Jose sadly.

Lucas saw it, "Why?".

"She told me she hasn't forgotten the man she used to live with in her life. Do you know who Lucas is? you told me you guys were near L. A. too".

Lucas was speechless, "I don't know either, as long as I've never seen Raniya close to another man. He didn't tell you who the guy was?".

"He didn't tell me".

"You just ask who that guy is. Better than you interrupting my work hours" Lucas glanced at his watch. "It's 3 o'clock, I'm leaving first".

"Mmmmm, thank you, tonight I want to have a drink with you, can you?".

"Mmmmmm" nods Lucas out. While Jose is still there, he can't stop thinking about who the man is making Jose even more upset, but he's prestige if until he asks Raniya about the man.

At the Marisa hospital, Elisabeth's legs and hands were massaged. "Have you seen your car?".

Marisa stopped her hand, "Mrs, actually.. Actually the car was too expensive for a guy like me mistress. I want the lady to change it to a regular car".

Elizabeth smiled, "It's okay while you like the car. The price won't make me poor".

Marisa was moved, "The lady is so kind to me, thank you so much madam even though I don't know how to repay the lady's kindness with what".
