One day later
The Paulo family home
An atmosphere of grief enveloped Felix's extended family, there were no smiles, there were not many conversations, which were heard only the sobs of crying and the softest voice.
Kanna has been clutching Mama Felix's palm ever since, he tried to strengthen the old woman and tried to comfort her with a few words that might make the old woman become a little calmer.
He knew the woman was broken.
After the news broke his family was smashed to pieces, when Mr. Paulo caught the whole situation in their family instantly turned 180°, a valuable asset in tow by the government, he said, even all the things that her husband had were not saved, one by one the people and families involved were arrested and adili.
Helix his son struggled with his critical period for days, even he had to pretend to say everything was fine, when in reality nothing was okay.
After going through a long struggle, Helix finally went into his critical phase for a full night, until finally his son whom he always called the agile and talkative little boy breathed his last breath.
He never thought that if one's life was not always in the upper phase or there was, one day people would be tested, not as long as his Man was above everything, not as long as his being, even one day humans will be tested with unexpected things.
A friend of his once said.
Once Imam Shafi’i was once asked by someone, “Which is greater for someone, between being confirmed (won) or given a test.” Then Imam Shafi’i replied, “He was not confirmed before being given tes” (Ibn Al-Qayyim: 283).
Thus the sunnatullah happened to the great men by Allah's side subhanahu wata’ala. They are not given victory before being tested until they bleed. Therefore Rasul shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam said:
“The most difficult people are the anbiya’ then similar people and similar people. A person is tested according to the size of his religion. If his religion is strong, then his trials are dashyat. And if his religion is weak, then he is tested according to his religion” (HR. Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah).
Allah Ta'ala reported in the Qur'an that there are 2 basic human natures: namely:
"When he is afflicted with distress he complains, and when he gets good (treasure) he becomes miserly." (Sura Al-Ma'arij: 20-21)
"All will be well, Ma"
Well everything's gonna be fine.
He probably will not cry when tested with treasures, delicious tests and so on.
But the test of death is hard.
Imagine how the soul of a mother lost their son?!.
How can a mother gather strength when she sees a terminally ill child let alone watch her child breathe out one last breath and lose a child for good.
They must feel this is the worst dream of their lives, even a mother would say.
"Why didn't Mama take God's life, son? you're too young to leave everything behind"
To believe that losing a child leaves so much pain.
the pain is obviously of many kinds, there is a cure, it can be understood and can be learned. Toothache can be studied and there is a cure therefore there is a dentist to treat toothache patients. Eye pain clearly looks red should be white, the cure is a lot and can be cured. Appendicitis pain although not visible directly, but can be felt and can be checked by a doctor and can be cured with appendectomy.
However, there is one pain that has no cure, because according to my observation this pain has no hospital and specialist doctors, although it should be in the realm of mother and child hospitals. Because it is related to a mother and her child.
The pain of a mother when losing her child who died is a pain that has no cure until now and the moment to come. The fate is that his son left before the mother and the mother witnessed the death of his child.
The mother was sick because her son had gone missing leaving her and could not come back. The mother felt pain in her heart because her cleavage was born from her womb after being conceived for 9 months and was born by betting her life away leaving her on her lap. Try the pain especially that the pain exceeds the pain of a mother whose child died?.
"Well, everything's gonna be fine"
The old woman spoke softly, letting Kanna hugged her body tightly again.
