“How was your holiday?” ask Rhys.
“Certainly fun,” replied Alice accordingly.
“Good then. I want you to replace Uncle Harry to lead a subsidiary of Alban,” Rhys said firmly.
“I?” Alice pointed to herself as if she could not believe Rhys would give her such great confidence.
“Yes. I don't know who to believe. So I guess you are the most suitable person,” Rhys said.
“But ...,” Alice's words are interrupted as Rhys continues his speech.
“The company's son is Celine's. Dad Dave gave the company to him. I just want when he comes back, the company is in good shape and in good hands.”
“I'm not sure he'll be back,” said Alice.
