Xu Jing whose face was adorned by sweaty furrows with a terrified facial expression, yet she tried to cover it up.

"W-who are you? What do you want to do to me, huh?! Don't you dare approach one more step, or I will complain to my grandfather! He is the Village Chief here" Xu Jing said in a trembling and slightly stammered tone. He used a threatening expression hoping Yun Yue would be scared.

Yun Yue did not listen to the useless rant from Xu Jing and raised the boy's body with his spiritual energy. Xu Jing who sensed that her feet were no longer treading on the ground dropped her gaze down and saw her who was floating in the air.

"What are you doing?! Quickly put me down!" yu Jing's shriek thrashed to be let down, but his efforts were in vain.

"Alright, as your request" Yun Yue said stopped channeling her spiritual energy. Xu Jing who was still floating in the air immediately fell down.

At the Village Chief's house, the Village Chief's workroom. The man who was in the middle of the crowd suddenly appeared in front of the Village Chief.

The Village Chief was not surprised at all because his subordinates were already used to it. "What's up, Chen?" asked the Village Chief without looking at his subordinates.

"Master, Young Master is back near a big tree, but there was a girl who stopped Young Master and taught him a lesson" he said, reporting on his knees.

"Xu Jing is throwing a tantrum again? I want to see who dares to teach the Village Chief's grandson a lesson" the Village Chief got up from his seat and walked around the table to get out of his study.

Chen stared at the expression on the Village Chief's face, but it was not in his shadow. Chen thought the Village Chief would get angry after hearing this from him, but his expression seemed interested in something.

'Is this still the Village Chief I know?' chen murmured in his heart.

"What are you doing, Chen? Are you going to keep quiet and kneel there until you break your knee?" said the Village Chief turned his head back and saw his subordinates only staying silent and not following him.

"I'm sorry, sir" said Chen, bowing to apologize and following his master towards the large tree.

Xu Jing trembled as her eyes met Yun Yue's cold eyes. 'Who is he? Why am I shaking like this?' his mind was deep in heart while gripping his trembling left hand.

'Grandpa?! Hahaha, you're done!' xu Jing's face changed from fear to excitement and looked at Yun Yue with a sinister smile.

"Master, this is the girl I mean" Chen said as he looked towards Yun Yue at a glance.

The Village Chief watched Yun Yue closely with an interested expression. Then, his gaze fell on his granddaughter who was sitting with trembling hands.

"I guess who would dare to teach my granddaughter a lesson, it turned out to be just a girl" the Village Chief said with a smile.

"Grandfather, help me, he oppresses me!" said Xu Jing pointing at Yun Yue. Yun Yue just put on a flat expression without any fear though.

'You're done this time! Who told you to fight me, Xu Jing!' inner Xu Jing with a joyous expression thought her Grandfather would punish her Grandfather, yet her Grandfather simply fell silent.

"Grandfather?" call Xu Jing.

"Shut up! How dare you make a riot?! For before, I just kept letting you go, but now, I won't be lenient anymore!" said the Village Chief with an angry expression.

"Grandfather, but–" before his words were resolved, a pretty loud slap landed on his cheek.

Xu Jing held onto her cheek which felt hot and throbbing due to the slap from the Grandfather. He looked towards his Grandfather who looked like he didn't care about him.

"Now, go home and write 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry' 1000 times!" the Village Chief's orders were firm.

Xu Jing who wanted to refuse immediately paused his intentions. If he were to refute, his sentence would definitely increase.

"Alright, Grandfather" Xu Jing walked limply towards his house. He gritted his teeth to contain his frustration. 'Just look at it later!'

Yun Yue smiled satisfiedly looking at the drama earlier. In fact, he thinks the punishment is still too light. Given that everyone was a little afraid of him, it made him know that Xu Jing was often oppressive.

"I've heard it a lot" Yun Yue said stopping looking back and jumping up into the tree.

Yun Yue felt uneasy from wearing hanfu which made it difficult for her to move freely. His movements became limited and his speed slowed down.
