"Thank you my beautiful mother, kind and not arrogant" said Adel while hugging Nina.

"Hmmm", Nina cleared her throat to hear Adel's words.

Adel chuckles. Nina broke her embrace. Suddenly Nina's head felt dizzy. He held his head.

"Mbak Na why?", asked Adel.

Nina felt her body feel light and like it was floating. His neck felt weak. His sight was dark for a moment. Nina almost collapsed to the ground. It was fortunate that Adel quickly caught Nina's body and hugged her.

"Mbak Na", screamed Adel hysterically who saw Nina pass out in his arms.

Ms. Ratmi was also quick to help Adel. Seeing Adel scream, the people who were still in the place helped Adel and Ms Ratmi to take Nina to the hospital.

Ms. Ratmi was worried that something might happen to her eldest child. Ratmi's mom's tears finally melted as well.

Half an hour has passed but there has been no notification by the hospital, especially the medical personnel who handle Nina. Adel and his mother were more agitated. Suddenly the door of the room where Nina was located opened. The doctor wearing the emergency unit suit came to Adel and his mother.

"Nina's family?", asked the doctor.

"Yes dok my mother" replied Ms. Ratmi.

"Let's go to my room for a minute" the doctor asked.

"Well doc" replied Ms. Ratmi.

The doctor, who looked like an Arab, walked into his room. Ms. Ratmi and Adel followed the doctor's steps.

"Please sit down" the doctor told Ms Ratmi and Adel after arriving in her room.

"After the examination, it turns out that Nina was just tiredness and extreme hot weather like this made her body's endurance decreased. And it also seems that this Nina ma'am has not eaten from morning so her body becomes limp" explained the doctor.

Adel and his mother looked at each other. They just remembered that the three of them had not had time to eat because Nina had fainted.

"Have you known before that the mother's child was pregnant?", asked the doctor, continuing his words.

"Containing?", asked Ms Ratmi and Adel simultaneously.

"Yes bu Nina contains. She was about a week pregnant" the doctor explained with a smile.

"God thank you" said Ratmi.

Adel was happy to hear the good news.

"Do I have to be hospitalized, doc?", asked Adel considering his maternal health has not improved.

"No need, feed him first. After eating I will give you medicine. Wait for about an hour, after which you can go home. Later I will prescribe the drug, redeemed in the pharmacy yes, ma'am", said the doctor.

"Mom, Adel buy food first yes" said Adel.

"You're still that kind of dress, let me buy it. You take care of your parents" said Ms Ratmi who saw Adel still with her clothes at graduation.

"But then I don't know the place" said Adel.

"Mom can ask the security guard and I will buy it in the hospital canteen" said Ms Ratmi again.

Ms. Ratmi walked out of the room. Adel smiled at Nina.

"So early in the morning didn't Na eat?" asked Adel.

"So lazy to eat so drink water only" replied Nina lightly.

Suddenly the door of the room opened. Jimmy came out that door.

The door of the room opened again. Ms. Ratmi appeared with a few parcels in her hand.

"Son Jimmy, has it been a long time?" said Ms Ratmi as she placed the parcel and in her hand on a small table beside Nina's bed.

"Newly arrived mom. After getting a call from Adel earlier, I jumped right here" replied Jimmy.

"We eat first. It's noon. Let's get Jimmy to eat first", take Ratmi's mom.

"It just so happens that I haven't eaten either", replied Jimmy lightly.

"Mom bought three. This is for Jimmy's son, let's have Adel" said Ratmi gave Jimmy a pack of rice.

"I'm the same brother, ma'am, afraid it will not run out. I have no appetite" Nina said.

"Yes mom, we were both alone" said Jimmy, taking the package from his mother-in-law's hand.
